Полезная модель относится к легкой промышленности, а именно к производству одежды лечебно-профилактического назначения.Контролирующая осанку верхняя одежда содержит наружный слой и соединенный с ним подкладочный слой. Между наружным и подкладочным слоями размещено средство натяжения, содержащее со стороны спины вертикальную перемычку, которая в нижней части связана с горизонтальным поясом. В верхней части перемычка соединена с первыми концами двух протяженных эластичных бретелей так, что бретели направлены со спины на полочку, охватывая плечо под проймой, и далее пересекаются крест-накрест в средней части перемычки. Вторые концы эластичных бретелей соединены с поясом с возможностью регулирования их натяжения, а пояс имеет первый и второй концы, выпущенные через подкладочный слой наружу с возможностью их разъемного соединения, по существу, по линии талии.
