Abstract
Description
The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to structural aluminum alloys.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the ductility of the material at 350-450 about With, reducing the surface roughness of the pressed semi-finished products, increasing the impact strength while maintaining high strength and corrosion properties.
The goal is achieved in that the aluminum-based alloy containing lithium, magnesium, copper, zirconium, nickel, boron and at least one element from the group comprising titanium, yttrium, scandium, beryllium additionally contains cerium in the following ratio of components, wt. %: Lithium 1.8-4.0 Magnesium 1.2-2.8 Zirconium 0.03-0.25 Copper 0.2-0.8 Nickel 0.005-0.25 Boron 0.0002-0.05 Cerium 0.005 -0.2 at least one element from the group containing, wt.%: Titanium 0.01-0.15 Beryllium 0.0005-0.25 Yttrium 0.005-0.2 Scandium 0.01-0.3 Aluminum The rest
By reducing the content of components below the lower limit of a reduction in strength at room temperature and a decrease in the plasticity deformation at temperatures of 350-450 ° C, and also increases surface roughness.
With an increase in the content of components above the upper limit, ductility, toughness decreases, and surface roughness increases.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. Ingots with a diameter of 100 mm were cast, the composition of which is given in table. 1.
The melting and ingot casting performed at 700-730 C, the ingots were homogenized at 520 ° C for 15 h, then after machining was pressed at 450 ° C profile 2.5 mm thick. Profile quenched in water from 520 ° C, melted with a residual stretch deformation of 1.5-3.5% and aged at 170 ° C for 30 hours. The mechanical properties of the ingot in the range 350-450 ° C, mechanical and corrosion properties of the profiles given in table 2 and 3, respectively.
15-25%.From the data table. Figures 2 and 3 show that ingots from this alloy, compared to the known ones, have 1.2–2 times higher ductility characteristics (δ and ϑ) at 350 and 450 о С, and extruded profiles, while maintaining high strength and corrosion properties, have 1.3-2 times higher toughness and 2-3 times less surface roughness. An increase in the ductility of cast metal increases labor productivity in the manufacturing process of semi-finished products, and an improvement in the properties of extruded profiles increases the resource of their work in the construction by 15-25%.
