Мочевину растворяют в карбамидоформальдегидной смоле, затем добавляют алкилрезорциновую смолу ТСД-9 и полуводный гипс (алебастр) в соответствующих пропорциях и смесь перемешивают. Навеску гетерополикислоты растворяют в водном растворе щавелевой кислоты 8-12%-ной концентрации, после чего полученный кислотный отвердитель добавляют в основу.
