Abstract

1. Комбинированный контейнер для пищевой продукции, содержащий днище с двойными торцевыми и боковыми стенками, выполненное из плоской заготовки, имеющей линии перегиба для отделения днища от стенок и параллельные им линии перегиба для образования на каждой из сторон наружной и внутренней стенок бортов и крышку, выполненную из плоской заготовки с линиями перегиба для образования боковых и торцевых стенок, отличающийся тем, что параллельные линии перегиба днища выполнены с образованием на боковых и торцевых стенках пяти последовательных участков, первый из которых служит внутренней стенкой борта, второй и четвертый формируют верхнюю и нижнюю плоскости между внутренней и внешней стенками борта, третий образовывает внешнюю стенку борта, пятый предназначен для скрепления с внешней поверхностью внутренней стенки борта, причем высота торцевых стенок борта превышает высоту боковых стенок борта, а плоская заготовка крышки на боковых и торцевых стенках имеет по перпендикулярной несмежной линии перегиба, отделяющей клапаны для скрепления боковых и торцевых стенок, и по параллельной линии перегиба, отделяющей клапаны для крепления крышки к внешней поверхности днища, причем один из клапанов покрывает снаружи всю поверхность днища, а на высоте боковых стенок борта днища на всю длину боковых и торцевых стенок крышки выполнено устройство разрушения материала.2. Боковые и торцевые стенки днища имеют двойную толщину материала, а после того как крышка соединяется с дном с помощью клея, боковые и торцевые стенки контейнера имеют тройную толщину материала 38, 39, 40, а дно - двойную.
