The utility model relates to furniture, namely, to collapsible pieces of furniture and can be used to design floor racks, hinged shelves, tables, other frame furniture and furniture complexes.

The prior art known collapsible piece of furniture containing vertical racks, along each of which is made a series of through holes installed between the racks of the lintel, horizontal shelves and fasteners (see patent FR 2744893, class A47B 57/48, publ. 22.08 .1997). The disadvantages of the known devices are relatively low strength, as well as the limited functionality of the piece of furniture.

The objective of the utility model is to eliminate these drawbacks. The technical result is to increase the rigidity of the structure. The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that in a collapsible piece of furniture containing vertical racks, along each of which there are a number of through holes installed between the racks of the lintel, horizontal shelves and fasteners, the lintel is made in the form of vertical panels, fixed on racks with fasteners passing through through holes in racks and blind holes made at the ends of the panels, and the shelves are fixed on the panels with fasteners lementov passing through the through holes formed in the panels, and blind holes formed in the ends of the shelves. Fasteners are made in the form of furniture ties.

The proposed collapsible piece of furniture is made of wood and in the simplest case is a rack that is based on vertical posts 1. Along each rack 1 there are through holes located at a distance of 32 mm from one another (for extreme posts or sections where racks change their depth) or in two (for internal racks) parallel symmetrical rows, which allows you to attach an infinite number of additional sections of the piece of furniture.

Between the racks 1 installed jumpers in the form of vertical panels 2 of the selected width. The panels 2 are fixed on the racks 1 by means of fasteners 3 passing through the through holes in the racks 1 and blind holes in the ends of the panels 2. The blind holes in the panels 2 are made in pairs and are located vertically at a distance of 32 mm from each other. Between the panels 2, horizontal shelves 4 are installed in the form of rectangular plates, fixed with fasteners passing through the through holes in the panels 2 and blind holes in the ends of the shelves 4. On the racks 1, using the available holes, additional elements 5 can also be fixed (side partitions and walls, rear partitions and walls, facades, drawers, etc.).

The fastening elements 3 can be made in the form of pins or bolts. However, the greatest rigidity is achieved when using furniture ties.

A piece of furniture is assembled as follows.

Vertical panels 2 are attached to each horizontal shelf 4, the amount of which depends on the design of the piece of furniture being assembled, on both sides by means of fasteners 3. After that, the panels 2, together with the shelves 4 fixed between them, are placed at the required height and fixed on the racks 1 by fasteners 3 . If necessary, additional elements 5 are also fixed on the posts 1.

Using the proposed device, any home frame and cabinet furniture can be assembled, from the shoe rack to the storage system for the home library with facades, drawers and a built-in table. The system also allows you to create such designs that are not related to storage systems, such as a dining table, a coffee table, a stool, a bench with or without a back, a chair, children's stools, benches, chairs and tables.

Analysis of a piece of furniture is carried out in the reverse order.

Due to the unique design, the proposed collapsible piece of furniture does not require additional elements, because each shelf 4 with panels 2 installed in the racking system significantly increases both bending and shear strength. The end fastening of the main elements additionally increases the rigidity of the connection, and will also help to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the furniture. At the same time, the piece of furniture makes it easy to add additional elements 5 that improve the operational and, at the same time, strength characteristics of the structure.

Thus, the proposed utility model can significantly increase the rigidity of the design of collapsible furniture.
