The proposed utility model relates to jewelry, in particular, rings, rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets with built-in movable decorative elements.
A jewelry is known with a rotating decorative element, a means of movement coaxial with it and a means of braking to ensure uniform rotation, see patent RU No. 2060708.
It is also known jewelry containing a micromotor, gearbox and several moving elements rotating with different angular speeds, see patent DE No. 2933309.
The closest in functional purpose and technical device to the proposed utility model is the jewelery of the patent DE No. 351414 adopted as a prototype, comprising a case with a translucent element, a crown on the axis, a fastening element for wearing, a drive device having a moving means and at least one output axis of rotation with movable decorative elements.
A common drawback of these designs is the implementation of only planar rotational movement of decorative elements.
The objective of the proposed utility model is to expand the range of jewelry while increasing visual attractiveness and artistic and aesthetic significance through the implementation of three-dimensional, three-dimensional movement of decorative elements and transformation of the shape of the jewelry.

In addition, the utility model is characterized by a number of additional features, namely:

- an additional ring with decorative elements having a diameter larger than the diameter of the stationary friction clutch ring can be fixed on the output axis with the drive device crosspiece coaxially with it and with the possibility of rotation relative to the housing;
- the housing can be made in an egg-shaped shape, the surface of which is formed of separate fragments separated by gaps on which decorative elements are located, and certain fragments of the housing surface are mounted on two coaxial shafts of the crosspiece with the possibility of rotation relative to a fragment of the housing surface mounted on the device for wearing, and others certain fragments of the surface of the body are fixed with the possibility of changing their position relative to other fragments of the surface Pusa on the details of wheel-shaped, mounted on the other two coaxial shafts of the cross;

The technical result achieved by using the essential features of the utility model is that in the claimed jewelry without the use of a reducer three-dimensional, three-dimensional trajectories of the movement of decorative elements and individual fragments of the surface of the body are realized, which allows creating a wide range of new artistic and aesthetic forms of jewelry.
The essence of the claimed utility model is illustrated by drawings and photographs of 3D models, where in FIG. 1 shows a jewelry item according to claim 2 of the utility model formula (top view, side view, isometric view); in FIG. 2 shows a jewelry item according to claim 3 of the formula (top view); in FIG. 3 shows a jewelry product according to claim 3 of the formula containing a translucent decorative element (side view), and a dotted line shows a projection onto the plane of a second pair of wheel-shaped parts, FIG. 4 shows a jewelry product according to claim 4 of the formula in various positions of the output axis of rotation of the drive device, where for each position a top view, side view, and isometry are shown.
Jewelry includes a case 1, a wear device 2, a crown 3, an output axis 4 of rotation of the drive unit, a button 5 of a stopper for rotation of the output axis 4 of the drive unit, output shafts 6 of the spider 7, wheel-shaped parts 8 with decorative elements 9, a fixed friction ring clutch 10 (the front semicircle of this ring in Fig. 3 is not shown to show the location of the fastening of the cross 7 on the output axis of rotation 4 of the drive device), an additional ring 11 with consoles 12 for mounting and decor elements 13, translucent decorative element 14, miniature light sources 15, fragments 16 of the housing surface mounted on two coaxial shafts 6 of the spider 7, fragment 17 of the housing surface mounted on the wearer 2, fragments 18 of the housing surface mounted on the parts of a wheel shape 8.
The proposed jewelry design operates as follows. When the output axis 4 is rotated with the spider 7 using the displacement means located in the housing 1, due to the friction clutch with the fixed ring 10, the wheel-shaped parts 8 synchronously rotate on the output shafts 6 of the spider 7, as a result of which the decorative elements 9 move along three-dimensional cyclic paths synchronously with the output axis of rotation 4 of the drive device.
The additional ring 11 with decorative elements 13, mounted on the spider 7 using the console 12 also begins to rotate in synchronization with the rotation of the output axis 4 of the drive device.
When the output axis 4 with the crosspiece 7 is rotated, fragments 16 of the surface of the jewelry body, having an egg-shaped shape, separated by gaps from the rest of the surface and fixed on two coaxial shafts 6 of the crosspiece 7, rotate around the output axis 4 relative to the fragment 17 of the body surface mounted on the wearing device 2, and fragments 18 of the surface of the housing, separated by gaps from the rest of the surface and fixed on the details of the wheel-shaped form 8 mounted on two other coaxial shafts 6 of the spider 7, change its position relative to the remaining fragments of the surface of the body, moving along complex, three-dimensional cyclic trajectories. In this case, a cyclic change in the initial egg-shaped form of the jewelry case takes place (Fig. 4). By pressing the stop button 5, the rotation of the output axis of the drive device can be started or stopped.
To enhance the artistic and aesthetic perception in the case 1 of the jewelry can be placed miniature light sources 15 for the purpose of internal illumination of moving decorative elements.
For wearing on the neck (pendant, necklace) or on the chest (brooch), the wearing device made in the form of a ring is mounted on the body so that one of its diametrical axes is perpendicular to the output axis of rotation 4 of the drive device. At the same time, the base of the jewelry case, when worn, is located with its plane on the wearer's body. The same arrangement of the wearing device is possible with a certain shape of the earrings of the proposed jewelry design.
The proposed jewelry can be used to create a new class of jewelry worn on the fingers (rings, rings), on the neck (pendants, necklaces), as well as earrings, brooches, including jewelry made of precious metals using precious and semiprecious stones. Unusual diverse trajectories of the movement of decorative elements and the transformation of forms in combination with light sources will create unusual lighting effects and will certainly increase the visual appeal and artistic and aesthetic value of the proposed jewelry. The design of the proposed utility model implements only circular rotational movements, therefore it is quite simple, technologically advanced and easy to operate. Wheel-shaped parts are removable and easily replaceable, which allows you to periodically change the appearance of the jewelry. Comparative analysis and computer modeling in 3D show that the visual attractiveness and the artistic and aesthetic value of the proposed utility model are significantly higher in the absence of any significant design complications.

1. A jewelry product consisting of a housing, a wearing device, a crown on an axis located inside the housing of the drive device having a means of movement and at least one output axis of rotation with movable decorative elements, characterized in that on the output axis of rotation of the drive device a cross is fixed, forming four output shafts, on which wheel-shaped parts are mounted with the possibility of rotation, on which decorative elements are fixed, each detail being in friction clutch with a fixed ring mounted on the housing coaxially with the output axis of rotation of the drive device, the plane of rotation of each part being at an angle to the output axis of the drive device, while the rotation stop of the output axis of the drive device is located in the housing, and the wearing device is made in ring shape, one of the diametrical axes of which is parallel or coaxial to the output axis of rotation of the drive device.
2. The product according to claim 1, characterized in that decorative elements are placed on the housing along a circle coaxial with the output axis of rotation of the drive device, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the stationary friction clutch ring.

The product according to claim 1, characterized in that an additional ring with decorative elements, having a diameter larger than the diameter of the fixed friction clutch ring, is fixed on the output axis with the spider of the drive device coaxially with it and rotatable relative to the housing.

The product according to claim 1, characterized in that the casing is made in an egg-shaped shape, the surface of which is formed of separate fragments separated by gaps on which decorative elements are located, and certain fragments of the casing surface are fixed on two coaxial shafts of the crosspiece with the possibility of rotation relative to a casing surface attached to the device for wearing, and other specific fragments of the surface of the body are fixed with the possibility of changing their position relative to the rest frame range of the housing on the wheel-shaped parts that are installed on the other two coaxial shafts of the cross.
