The utility model relates to the development and manufacture of jewelry, namely to the design of a jewelry set-transformer (jewelry set), which is a new step in the development of jewelry design.

The prior art [patent US 7347066 B1, publ. 03/25/2008; US patent 6026658 A, publ. 02/22/2000; US patent 4,291,551 A, publ. 09/29/1981; US patent 5048311 A, publ. 09/17/1991] the designs of multifunctional jewelry-transformers are known. The principles of combining the elements of these structures are based on the use of classic jewelry locks and their combination in order to give the product versatility.

The disadvantages of these designs are:

- limited decorative solutions;

- the complexity of production associated with the large amount of necessary manual processing of products;

- the product-transformer has a small number of functions;

- a high probability of breaking the jewelry lock, which will make the operation of the product impossible;

- no separation into several independent objects is provided.

The proposed utility model differs significantly from the well-known multifunctional transformer products, because It is a set (set) of jewelry that can be used both together and separately.

Optimization of the design, increasing the possible functions of the product by increasing the number of jewelry in the kit, the presence of an original artistic design solution, as well as the acceleration of the manufacturing process can be achieved using the proposed design jewelry transformer headset.

The technical result of the proposed utility model consists in the possibility of manufacturing and using a jewelry transformer headset with a large number of jewelry making up a set, without the use of any jewelry locks, which reduces the manufacturing process.

The technical result is achieved by the construction of a jewelry set-transformer, characterized in that it is a spherical-shaped pendant decoration with a hoop placed on the surface of the sphere, which is a pendant in disassembled form, and when the hoop is opened, the sphere is disassembled into a ring and earrings.

Thus, the combination of jewelry is carried out due to the design features of their shape, and not the use of additional jewelry locks. Earrings and a ring have a constructive recess in which the pendant (hoop) enters into the grooves, connecting all the products.

The manufacturing process of all of the above elements is carried out in the following order.

First, the following elements are made by investment casting: the ring (Fig. 2), two identical pendant elements (Fig. 4), two identical body of the earring (Fig. 5). The following is the primary mandrel of the obtained castings.

Earrings (Fig. 5) should be made by soldering the lock (Fig. 5, (5 ² )) to the body of the earring (Fig. 5, (5 ¹ )). The drawing (Fig. 5) shows a variant of an earring with a lock-puseta, however, the design of the transformer headset allows you to use any earring lock, including the English and Italian versions, as well as chain fasteners ("threading"). After soldering the lock to the body of the earring, the standard finishing of jewelry follows.

For the final assembly of the transformer headset, it is necessary to manually arrange the earrings and ring so that they form a sphere, and the constructive notches on the earrings and ring form a single line, then insert the pendant into the grooves and close it.

The proposed jewelry set-transformer can be made of any precious as well as non-precious alloy.

The proposed design implements the transformation of one jewelry into three jewelry for consumers of any gender, age and social status. The combination of structural elements is carried out in a non-standard way and demonstrates the novelty, originality of the art-design solution, and is also industrially applicable.
