Description

The utility model relates to the clothing industry, namely to the manufacture of clothing for children with cerebral palsy (hereinafter - cerebral palsy).

In some children with cerebral palsy, a lumbosacral spine that is too mobile makes it difficult to maintain balance in an upright position and when walking. To increase the statokinetic stability of such children, it is necessary to train the muscles of the body and strengthen the lumbosacral spine, for example, using weighting agents.

From the prior art, a suit for children with cerebral palsy is known, see patent RU 21511 U1 "Suit for the treatment of cerebral palsy", IPC A61F 5/00, A61F 5/02, A61H 3/00, publ. 01/27/2002, containing supporting bandages for the lower back and lower extremities, elastic slings for the trunk and lower extremities, connected to the supporting bandages and forming with them a flexible frame for the trunk and lower extremities. The suit described above is intended only for treatment, while it does not resemble clothes that can be used in everyday life.

A suit is also known from the prior art, see patent RU 61098 U1 “A set of outerwear for people with reduced mobility”, IPC A41D 1/00, publ. 02/27/2007, consisting of a jacket and trousers, the trousers consisting of a belt, front and back halves connected by seams in the midline, and the side seams are detachable on the braid “zipper” and are shifted towards the front. The suit described above is designed for everyday use by people with disabilities.

The disadvantage of the suit is the lack in its design of means for treating patients when it is worn, including by children with too lumbosacral spine.

A known suit for children with cerebral palsy, see patent RU 2462965 C1 "Jumpsuit for children with disabilities", IPC A41D 11/00, publ. 10/10/2012, which includes a jacket and trousers. Trousers consist of front and back halves connected by seams in the midline, and a belt, and are equipped with detachable seams offset from the midlines on the “zipper” braid. The design of the suit provides easy and convenient putting on and taking off clothes by joining jackets and trousers with common seams, using a dense knitted belt on the back that prevents exposure of the back, and through fasteners on the jacket and trousers.

The disadvantage of the suit is the lack in its design of means for treating patients when it is worn, including by children with too lumbosacral spine.

For the closest analogue of the claimed technical solution, trousers were taken from a suit for training athletes, see patent US 4384369, IPC3 A41D 13/02, publ. 05/24/1983, equipped with groups of external pockets designed to accommodate fluid in them, which with its mass creates an additional load on the muscles. Pockets of waterproof material are made narrow, elongated in the vertical direction along the body. The athlete independently determines which groups of pockets and how much to fill with liquid. At the same time, pockets for placing liquid in them are located in areas above and below the knees.

The disadvantages of the analogue are unsuitability for treating a patient with cerebral palsy, lack of air ventilation, high cost, unpresentable appearance and inconvenience of use. It is difficult to install weighting agents in narrow vertically elongated pockets; it is difficult to remove weighting agents from pockets of this form, especially weighting agents with liquid, as is realized in the closest analogue.

The problem that the claimed device solves is to create trousers for children with cerebral palsy with too lumbosacral spine, designed both for everyday wear and for treatment.

The technical result, which the utility model aims to achieve, is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of children with childbirth due to changes in the design of the trousers of the location and shape of pockets to accommodate weighting agents.

The suit for children with cerebral palsy consists (see Fig. 1) of a jacket 1 and trousers 2.

Pants 2 are equipped with pockets 4 for placement of weighting materials. These pockets are placed on trousers and a jacket in the area adjacent to the lumbosacral spine, and are divided into sections. Pants 2 are provided with slings 5 (see Fig. 2), which extend laterally from the waist line on the front half of the pants diagonally down to the knee, go to the rear half and then to the bottom of the pants. Slings 5 on trousers 2 under tension form a helical support effect.

In the trousers, additional pockets can be provided for placing weighting agents - pockets 9 at the ends of the trousers (see Figs. 1 and 2).

Pants without weights can be used by children with cerebral palsy traditionally, as casual clothes.

For therapeutic purposes, to train the muscles of the body and strengthen the lumbosacral spine, the doctor prescribes a child with cerebral palsy wearing weighting materials with a normalized weight.

The pilot operation of trousers made in accordance with the claimed utility model confirmed the industrial applicability of the utility model and its compliance with the claimed technical result.

Improving the treatment of a child with cerebral palsy is achieved by improving the quality of life of the patient, which consists in adapting the patient to walking, strengthening the muscles of the body, the possibility of smooth regulation of the load, as well as the convenience of wearing medical trousers and their low cost.
