Цель - обеспечение возможноаи извлечени  устройства из длинномерных труб с гибами после их сварки. Устройаво содержит неподвижный корпус 1, основные 2 и дополнительные рычаги 3 и 4, шар- мирно зафепленные соответственно на корпусе 1 и на секторах 5, образу  четыре параллелограмма На корпусе 1 подвижно размещена т га 6, подпружиненна  к нему пружиной 7, а дополнительные рычаги 3, 4 параллелограммов кинематически св заны с т гой б через шарнирно залепленные на ней планки 8. В двух диаметрально противоположных параллелограммах шарниры 9 креплени  планок 8 к дополнительному рычагу 3 размещены между шарнирами креплени  этого дополнительного рычага к корпусу 1 и к сектору 5. В дополнительных рычагах 4 шарнир 10 размещем за шарниром креплени  к корпусу 1 рычага 4. На корпусе 1 закреплен подпружиненный пружиной 11 фиксатор 12, взаимодействующий одним концом с подвижной т гой б, а на другом его конце закреплена гибка  св зь 13 ручного привода. В корпусе 1 выполнен канал 14 подачи защитного газа, имеющий радиальные сверлени  15, соединенные с секторами 5 гибкими элементами 16. На наружной образующей секторов 5 выполнена перфораци .
