патент на полезную модель «RU» 111221 «U1», F116F 9/19, B60G 13/08).The prototype of the utility model is a hydro-pneumatic shock absorber containing a cylinder with a valve block fixed in it with a hydraulic buffer piston, moving in a Teflon support sleeve, a hydraulic cavity divided into two parts by the valve block, a gas cavity separated from the hydraulic by a movable separator, where the role of the working piston rod performs a hollow plunger with a valve block (see patent for utility model "RU" 111221 "U1", F116F 9/19,
The technical result of the utility model is to expand the functionality of the prototype in terms of replacing the coil spring of the suspension of the elastic component of the proposed utility model with the additional exception of the compression buffer, the introduction of the labyrinth forced movement of the shock absorber fluid (hereinafter referred to as AF) along the specified cooling circuits.
The technical result is achieved by introducing into the design of the prototype two-pipe plunger and a system of additional bypass valves.
2.An advantageous version of the hydropneumatic labyrinth shock absorber module (hereinafter GPLAM) is presented in Figures 1 and 2.
GPLAM consists of:
W2;- a composite tank I with a
W1;- a movable two-pipe plunger II containing an

GPLAM works as follows:
Это обеспечивает величину упругой характеристики газовой части, заменяющую силовую характеристику сжатия пружины подвески на ходе сжатия.- during compression during the movement of the two-tube plunger II (Fig. 1), part of the AZ from the cavity V3 is displaced through the throttle openings of the valve block 9 into the cavity V2 providing a damping characteristic during compression. Subsequently, the movement of the AF from the cavity V2 is divided into two directions C1 and C2. Part of the AZ moving in direction C1 enters the annular cooling channel (cavity V5), opens the
Увеличение объемов газовых полостей W1 и W2 уменьшает давление газа в системе, что обеспечивает упругую характеристику газовой части, заменяющую силовое воздействие разжатия пружины.- on the reverse stroke (tension) when moving the two-tube plunger II (Fig. 2), part of the vent from the cavity V1, under the influence of the pressure of the gas cavity W1, opens the central valve 11 and moves in the direction C3 into the cavity V2, and then, passing through the throttle openings of the valve unit 9, enters the cavity V3, while creating a damping characteristic during rebound. At the same time, part of the AF from the cavity V4 under the influence of the pressure of the gas cavity W2 moves in the direction C4 and opens the
Лабиринтное движение АЖ по охлаждающим контурам при ходах сжатия и растяжения представлено на схемах №1 и №2.The labyrinthine movement of the AF along the cooling circuits during compression and extension moves is shown in diagrams No. 1 and No. 2.
график 2).- regulation of the elastic characteristics can be carried out by supplying / discharging through the valve 14 a certain gas pressure (see graph 1) or the volume of the shock absorber fluid (see graph 2).
Конструктивная схема позволяет компактно разместить детали электромагнитного воздействия внутри цилиндра 8, не влияя на рабочий ход ГПЛАМ.- damping characteristics can be controlled by the action of the magnetic field formed by the
