Description

The proposed product relates to light industry, in particular to the production of specialized adaptive clothing for women with mobility impairment (EFA) who are not able to move independently, with complete immobility of the lower extremities with partial or normal functioning of the upper limbs and upper body. Pants provide a comfortable state of a person (KSCh), located in a wheelchair. Trousers are designed for indoor and outdoor use for women of younger, middle and older age groups. They can be made at a sewing enterprise of any capacity and form of ownership.

Some garments are known for trousers for people with reduced mobility (wheelchair users) [Trousers for people with reduced mobility (wheelchair users), patent No. 94420, priority dated 01/28/2010] and [Trousers for people with reduced mobility (disabled wheelchairs), patent No. 108709, priority from 05/10/2011]. These garment pants have some similar device. Trousers consist of front and rear parts connected along side and step lines, belts with straps fastened with plastic zupfer locks. The trousers are made detachable at the side seams with a fastener for a detachable zipper, and the fastener is closed with a strap along the entire length. The trouser belt consists of two parts, the front part is smooth, with fasteners on the Velcro textile tape fasteners, the back of the trouser belt is made in the form of a back with straps with elastic tape embedded inside the straps. An elastic tape is embedded in the belt on the side sections. Pants in the front part are made with understatement, and in the back - with lengthening. The first model is characterized by offset side seams. The front parts of the trousers have two tucks in the knee, along the side and step seams. Secondly, it reduces the possibility of completing the belt product, as a semi-overalls, with shoulder products. The design of the front parts does not have sufficient ergonomics in the area of the thigh line from the front side, which leads to the formation of folds of material in the groin area. In the design of the first trousers (patent No. 94420), the position of the side seams and the fasteners located in them has a curved configuration - with a shift towards the front parts along the waist line and with a shift towards the back on the section of the bottom of the trousers. This device may not be safe in the area below the line of the hips, due to the possibility of contact sections of the fastener with the working bodies of the chair - wheelchair. Additionally, the absence of a rebound or other element from the inside on the fastener section causes the coarse parts of the braid - lightning to come in contact with the skin, which can cause rubbing of the skin. The constructive device and methods for processing the bottom of the trousers lower the functional and aesthetic level of perception of the bottom of the product in a sitting position.

The closest in technical essence and the number of signs to the claimed technical solution is the prototype (figure 1), described in [Trousers for wheelchair users, patent No. 67824, priority of 07/03/2007]. Namely: pants for wheelchair users of moderate volume at all levels, straight cut. Side seam 1 is shifted towards the front of 2 along the waist line, at the level of the knee and the bottom of the trousers. At the level of the side seam is the fastener of the trousers, open from top to bottom with a detachable braid-zipper. The front parts of the trousers with two tucks 3 in the knee and one-piece slats that cover the braid-zipper. The back of the trousers is with 4 undercuts under the knee. The bottom of the trousers is hemmed with a closed cut. A sewn-in belt, consisting of two parts: in the area of the front of the trousers 5 is smooth, with fasteners on the textile braid with plastic buttons and grips; along the back at the waist, the width of the trousers is regulated by a stitched belt 6 with embedded elastic braid. The proposed technical solution eliminates these disadvantages.

The objectives of the claimed technical solution are:

- the possibility of independent removal and dressing of the product;

- ensuring increased comfort for women moving with wheelchairs by maximizing the static-dynamic correspondence of the product to the figure of women of the selected group;

- taking into account the psychophysiological state of women in this category and the features of their physique, creating an ergonomic design of trousers that repeats the natural contours of the surfaces of the lower extremities of a woman in a wheelchair and is adequate to the conditions of the system "woman with EFA - clothing - environment - wheelchair";

- convenience for the implementation of domestic, life processes, subjecting the product to character and comfort when performing traditional movements for women with EFA;

- leveling the negative consequences of disability;

- creation of a trouser design for women with EFA, which has a high degree of safety during the operation of the product and contributes to an increase in household independence.

The claimed utility model differs from the known samples in that it takes into account the presence of hygienic underwear, repeats the natural contours of the surfaces of the lower extremities of a woman in a wheelchair, is characterized by increased comfort during operation and minimal deformation during operation.

The proposed constructive device of the front parts of the trousers, consisting of upper and lower parts connected by stitching, avoids unnecessary folds and creases at the level of the thigh line, and also eliminates the pressure of clothing on the outer surface of the thigh in the upper part and inguinal region. Horizontal division along the hips allows you to create an ergonomic design with a shortened product length along the midline of the front parts, which increases comfort during operation of the trousers. The presence of tucks in the knee area allows you to create a three-dimensional structure in the selected area, and eliminates the pressure of the material on the woman's body in the knee area.

The design of the rear parts, consisting of two parts connected by stitching along the middle seam and the horizontal seam at the knee level, avoids unnecessary creases, creases and layering of the fabric, and also eliminates the pressure of the clothes on the leg in the knee area, including from contact of the layers material with the working surfaces of the chair - strollers. The presence on the backs of the inclined tuck along the hips and the elongation of the back section of the seat by 9 cm allows sufficient freedom to fit the upper waist part of the torso of a woman sitting in a wheelchair and takes into account the presence of hygiene items like “diapers”.

The position of the side seams, offset by 12 cm towards the front along the lines of the waist, hips, knee and bottom of the trousers, the location of the through fasteners on the braid - “zipper” to avoid unnecessary contact of the fastener with the moving parts of the wheelchair. The bottom of the product is machined and has a curved configuration — elongated from the front and shortened from the back, which provides a functional and aesthetic level of perception of the bottom of the product in the position of a woman sitting in a wheelchair.

These distinctive features provide a comfortable state for a woman moving in a wheelchair due to a change in the design of the front and rear parts of the trousers. The operation of the proposed trousers by a woman with EFA moving with a wheelchair allows:

- increase the independence of women in taking off and putting on trousers, as well as in the implementation of domestic, life processes, subordinate to the nature and convenience of performing traditional movements for women in this category of movements;

- increase the comfortable state of women with EFA during the operation of the proposed trousers;

- take into account the presence of characteristic hygienic devices such as "diapers";

- create an attractive image of a woman, and therefore increase their own social and personal status, which certainly increases the rehabilitation effect of the operation of the product.

The risk of injury from parts of clothing falling into the working bodies of the stroller, as well as from rubbing and crushing sections of the skin with structural elements of clothing, is excluded.
