Description

The invention relates to the furniture industry, in particular to furniture for sitting and lying, transformable from a sitting position to a lying position by extending the elements.

There are known designs of transformable furniture for sitting and lying, the berth of which is formed of several sections, at least one of them is movable relative to the other and transformed according to the "dolphin" principle: it rolls out from under the seat and rises to its level, and the seat can be both motionless and mobile.

From document RU 2283010, a folding piece of furniture is known in the form of a sofa bed with a dolphin-type transformation mechanism, comprising a fixed element for sitting and lying fixed on a frame base and a movable element placed under the folded position of the furniture in the form of a sliding frame, on which The movement mechanism is equipped with a soft furniture element. The sliding frame has two pairs of supports designed for ease of movement along two guides made in the base, and is also equipped with movable supports for interacting with the floor. When moving, the retractable frame has limiters for its movement in two directions: back and forth.

The mechanism for moving a soft element up and down additionally contains two twisted torsion springs for convenience and ease of transformation, each of which is mounted on its own lever and is an energy carrier for folding furniture.

Since this sofa bed does not have latches for fixing the supports moving along the base rails at the time of lifting the soft element, great efforts have to be made to keep it on weight from spontaneous movement back of the sliding frame.

From document RU 87074 a sofa bed is known comprising three movable sections: a seat, a retractable part and a head restraint, each of which consists of a frame and a soft element and which in the lying position constitute a berth. The head restraint is attached to the seat with the front by means of a rotation mechanism and has rollers on the rear that are mounted with the possibility of rolling along curly guides mounted on the sides, along which the head restraint is lowered when the furniture is converted to the “sitting” position. Wheels are mounted on the seat and drawer frames, with the front wheels moving along the floor, the rear wheels of the seat moving along the side rails, and the rear wheels of the sliding part moving around the seat frame. On the frame of the sliding part, a lifting mechanism is fixed that is capable of raising / lowering the soft element of the sliding part, and in the "for sitting" position the sliding part is located under the soft element of the seat, and in the "for lying" position the upper surfaces of the soft elements of the headrest, seat and pull-out parts are located on the same level.

In this design of the sofa bed, also when transforming the pull-out section, it is necessary to exert considerable efforts when it is held on weight from spontaneous movement back.

Closest to this utility model is a convertible upholstered furniture in the form of a sofa bed according to the patent RU 90305, containing upholstered elements located on the corresponding parts of the rigid frame, which includes the back and side walls connected by stiffeners, and a sliding frame containing two sections telescopically connected to each other by means of guides on one section and interacting with these guides of rollers mounted on another section, and movable relatively rigid the sections of the sliding frame are equipped with support wheels, and the stiffeners connecting the side walls of the rigid frame are equipped with position locks of the supporting wheels, and the hinged linkage mechanism is mounted on the section farthest in the unfolded position of the sliding frame from the rear wall of the frame on this section of the soft element.

In this case, the elastic clips are installed with the possibility of interaction with the rollers only in the extreme extended position of the second section relative to the first section.

The sliding frame may also contain two sections, but the first section of the sliding frame can be connected to a rigid frame with the possibility of translational movement relative to it. In this case, the elastic clips are installed with the possibility of interaction with the rollers in both extreme positions of the second section relative to the first section.

A soft element located on the first section of the sliding frame, on the side facing the rear wall of the frame, can be pivotally connected to the first section, and on the opposite side to contain on the lower surface a support platform in contact with the second section in the intermediate position of the second section relative to the first sections, so that the soft element can be located in an inclined position, and in the folded and unfolded positions of the second section relative to the first section - in contact with the first section, so that the soft element t can be located in a horizontal position. At the same time, elastic clamps are installed on the guides of the first section to interact with the rollers of the second section in the indicated intermediate position.

Alternatively, the support pad of the soft member articulated to the first section of the sliding frame, as described above, can contact the second section in the folded position of the second section relative to the first section, so that the soft element can be in an inclined position and in the unfolded position of the second section relative to the first section - to contact the first section, so that the soft element can be located in a horizontal position.

The execution of furniture according to the two options described above allows you to set the furniture seat with a slope, increasing comfort for the user. Moreover, in the first embodiment, the furniture seat is installed with a slope in the intermediate position of the second section relative to the first, and in the second - in the "sofa" position.

In any of the two embodiments of furniture described above with a hinged connection of a soft element with the first section of the sliding frame, this soft element can be additionally connected to the first section by means of elastic elements, which will facilitate the transformation of furniture.

Preferably, the elastic elements are in the form of gas lifts.

In addition, to automate folding and unfolding processes, the furniture may contain a reversible electromechanical drive to move sections of the sliding frame.

Transformable upholstered furniture is described below in the form of a sofa bed, although it can also be made, for example, in the form of a chair bed. At the same time, for the sake of clarity, removable back cushions are not conventionally shown in the drawings.

1-3 show a first embodiment of a sofa bed according to a utility model. The sofa bed in accordance with this variant of its execution contains a rigid frame 1, which includes a rear wall 2 and side walls 3 connected by stiffeners 4. A sliding frame is connected to the rigid frame, including a first section 5 fixedly connected to the rigid frame 1 with a soft element 6, and a movable second section 7 telescopically connected with it with a soft element 8 mounted on this section 7 via a linkage mechanism 9. The telescopic connection of sections 5 and 7 is made in the form of rollers 10 on the second section 7, interacting with the guides 11 on the first section 5. In addition, the second section 7 is equipped with support wheels 12. The stiffening elements 4 are provided with position locks 13 PORN wheels 12, providing a fixation support wheels 12 of the second section 7 in the "sofa" (Figure 1). On the guides 11 of the first section 5 are elastic retainers 14 for fixing the rollers 10 in the extreme extended position of the second section 7 (Fig 2, 3). In more detail, the design of the elastic retainer 14 is shown in Fig.11. The elastic retainer 14 is made in the form of a sleeve 15 with a working element 16 installed in it, a part of which in the initial state protrudes from the surface of the guide under the action of the spring 17 with a tightening torque adjustable by means of the screw 18.

When moving furniture from the “sofa” position (FIG. 1) to the “bed” position (FIG. 3), the second section 7 is fully extended from the first section 5. In this case, the rollers 10 move along the guides 11, and the support wheels 12 on the floor. The extension of the second section 7 continues until the rollers 10 abut against the side wall of the rails 11. In this case, the rollers 10 pass through the clips 14. In the process of passing the rollers 10 through the clips 14, the working element 16 enters the sleeve 15 and then returns to its original position under the action of the spring 17 . When lifting the soft element 8, when it is in an inclined position (figure 2), the rollers 10 are fixed by the side wall of the guides 11 in front and the clips 14 at the rear, preventing the rollers from moving backward. As a result, the second section 7 in an intermediate inclined position rests on the guides 11 and the clamps 14, thereby facilitating the process of unfolding the soft element 8 in the upper horizontal position (figure 3), since this section does not need to be held when it tends to roll back. To ensure that, on the one hand, the rollers pass through the clamps during the furniture transformation process, and, on the other hand, to prevent the second section 7 from spontaneously returning when the soft element installed on it is moved from one position to another, the corresponding clamp actuation force is selected by adjusting the tightening force of the spring 17 by turning the screw 18.

The transfer of the sofa bed from the "bed" to the "sofa" position is carried out in the reverse order.

Figure 4-7 shows a second embodiment of a sofa bed.

According to this option, the first section 5, unlike the above variant, is connected to the rigid frame 1 with the possibility of translational movement relative to it and is equipped with support wheels 12, and the elastic clips 14 are mounted to interact with the rollers 10 in both extreme positions of the second section 7 relative to the first section 5 and in an additional intermediate position. In addition, the soft element 6 located on the first section 5, from the side facing the rear wall 2 of the frame 1, is connected to this section 5 by a hinge 19, and on the opposite side contains on the lower surface of the support platform 23 for contact with the second section 7 in the intermediate position of the second section 7 relative to the first section 5. To facilitate the transformation process, the soft element 6 can be additionally connected to the first section 5 by means of elastic elements, for example, gas lifts 20.

To automate the processes of folding and unfolding, the furniture may contain a reversible electromechanical drive for moving sections of the sliding frame of the frame. The drive is mounted on a rigid frame 1 and includes a motor 21 for rotating a screw interacting with the nut of the movement unit 22, which is attached to the first section 5.

Figures 4-7 show the steps for transforming a sofa bed according to a second embodiment.

Figure 5 shows the first section 5 in the intermediate position extended from under the back, while the soft element 6 is supported by the supporting platform located on the lower surface of the front part on the protruding part of the second section 7. This intermediate position is fixed on the rails 11 by the latches 14. In this case the soft element 6 is located in an inclined position (“relax” position), providing, at the request of the user, its more comfortable position.

When transferring the sofa bed to the "bed" position, both the first and second sections and 7 are moved to the extreme extended position, while the soft element 6 of the first section 5 continues to remain in an inclined position (Fig.6), being held by gas lifts 20. Similar to the above option, when lifting the soft element 8, when it is in an inclined position, the rollers 10 are fixed by the side wall of the guides 11 in front and the latches 14 in the rear, preventing the rollers from moving backward.

After translating the soft element 8 in a horizontal position, the soft element of the first section 5 is omitted (Fig.7).

The movement of the sections 5 and 7 is carried out by means of a reversible electromechanical drive, and the joint movement of the sections from the position shown in figure 4, to the position shown in figures 5 and 6, is due to the presence of elastic latches 14.

The latches 13 on the stiffening elements 4 fix the support wheels 12 of the first and second sections 5 and 7 in the final positions (Fig.4, 7).

On Fig-10 shows a third embodiment of a sofa bed.

The sofa bed according to the third embodiment differs from the sofa bed according to the second embodiment in that the elastic clips 14 are installed with the possibility of interaction with the rollers 10 only in the extreme positions of the second section 7 relative to the first section 5, and also in that the supporting platform 23 on the lower surface the soft element 6 is made with the possibility of contact with the second section 7 in the folded position of the second section 7 relative to the first section 5 (in the "sofa" position). In this case, the drive motor 21, mounted on a rigid frame 1, interacts with the rod 24.

Thus, in the initial position (“sofa” position) shown in FIG. 8, the soft member 6 is in an inclined position, providing increased seating comfort.

On Fig-10 shows the stages of transformation of the sofa bed according to the third variant of its implementation.

The stages of transformation of the sofa bed according to the third embodiment are similar to the steps of transformation of the sofa bed according to the second embodiment, except that when transforming the sofa bed according to the third embodiment, there is no step shown in FIG.
