According to other version, sofa has two parts of different widths, small and large, of identical transformation principle, as in the first version. Said parts are connected by angular portion to define angular sofa having back of anatomical profile in sofa and bed states, additional seating places or visitor sleeping places.

EFFECT: wider range of furniture kinds with improved consumer properties, reduced production costs, convenient use and increased versatility.

Description

The invention relates to the furniture industry, in particular to sofas that are transformed into the “bed” position and vice versa.

A sofa bed is known, comprising a frame in the form of a hollow box with sidewalls rigidly attached to it and movably fixed to it using two pairs of levers with a back and a seat, connected rotatably with respect to the horizontal axis with forward and backward movement during transformation. In the hollow box in the “sofa” position, a removable cushion is stored, mounted on a sliding element that extends the surface for sitting and lying down. Guides for a sliding element are made under the seat, made in the form of rigid shields with a limiter (see RF patent 2146488, IPC 7 A 47 C 17/13, 1999).

The known design has a fairly simple transformation, but with poor sliding of the sliding element. The disadvantage is the transformation of the backrest counterclockwise (back), which excludes the construction of the back of the anatomical profile, convenient in the “sofa” position. In addition, the hollow drawer occupied by the pillow in the “sofa” position cannot be used for storing bedding.

A sofa bed is known, consisting of a folding large and non-folding small sofa, installed between the sidewalls, and the small seat is made protruding relatively large at a distance W, forming in plan a corner sofa, a large sofa with a back and a drawer under the back is mounted on a movable chassis with the possibility of folding like a “book”.

When the large sofa is in the “bed” position, it moves forward to the distance W on the chassis, and its back is folded back so that the front and rear edges of the large sofa when unfolded are a continuation of the front and rear edges of the seat of the small sofa, the back of the small sofa remains on location (see EP 0855160 A2 of 01/23/1988).

The advantages of this sofa bed in its versatility, including the presence of one comfortable place to sit with outstretched legs, and the ease of folding-folding. Disadvantages - all those that are inherent for sofas with transformation into the “bed” position of the “book” type - this is the impossibility of the folding backrest of the anatomical profile and the need for a gap between the sofa and the wall for folding.

The closest to the claimed technical essence and the achieved result is a sofa bed containing sidewalls rigidly connected to the upper and lower side members (frame and rear wall), a two-sided back of the anatomical profile for the “sofa” position, a lounger, a seat, which is the lid of a hollow box on supporting wheels, and the transformation mechanism, including two pairs of levers pivotally connecting the back to the sidewalls, and a pair of rods, pivotally connecting the back to the hollow box, inside of which in the “sofa” position is installed under Olovnikov to be positioned in the "bed". According to the second variant of the prototype, the function of the head restraint is performed by telescopic sidewalls (RF patent 2195850, class A 47 C 17/13, 01/10/2003).

A second version of a sofa bed is proposed, comprising sidewalls rigidly connected to the lower and upper side members, an anatomical back, a sunbed, a movable seat, which is the lid of the hollow box on the support wheels, and a transformation mechanism that includes a pair of large rods pivotally connected to the back of one , in which according to the invention, in order to expand the arsenal of sofa beds, improve manufacturability and facilitate the process of folding-folding the sofa along the vertical plane is divided into two sofas of different width ina - large and small - with two internal L-shaped sidewalls, rigidly connected on one side with their upper and lower side members, the other side - with upper and lower corner side members, forming the corner of the sofa on which the corner seat and corner back are mounted, an additional pair large rods at one end pivotally connected to the small and large backs from the side of the inner sidewalls, the other ends of all large rods pivotally connected to the corresponding large and small sunbeds, on which are rigidly mounted on of large brackets pivotally connected to the corresponding outer and inner sidewalls, the large deckchair is provided with a rigidly mounted pair of small brackets pivotally connected to a pair of small rods pivotally connected at other ends to a large seat box, and the large and small backs are pivotally connected, for example, by loops with their upper side members.

The second version of the sofa bed is characterized in that the upper and lower corner spars are rigidly connected by a vertical leg, and the inner side walls in the front part are rigidly connected, for example by corners, to each other.

However, the sunbed 5 continues to move forward by inertia and after passing the top dead center it makes it possible to lower the backrest 4. The weight of the backrest 4 and the weight of the sunbed 5 contribute to the completion of the unfolding phase. At the last moment, the backrest 4 occupies the initial position, and the sunbed 5 rests on the support bar 13, which is rigidly fixed on the box 9. If you need to extend the headrest, then the folding headrest 18 is laid out from the box 9.

The transfer of the sofa from the “bed” to the “sofa” position occurs in a similar way. To do this, grab the bottom of the backrest 4 and pull it up. Rising, the back 4, acting on the lounger 5 with large rods 11, makes the lounger 5 rotate in the folding direction. Having passed the top dead center, the back 4 and plank bed 5 are lowered to the “sofa” position. In this case, the lounger 5, acting on the box 9 with small rods 12, makes it roll into the “sofa” position. If the flooring has too much resistance to rolling the crate, then when passing the top dead center, push the sunbed 5 with your free hand: when unfolding - forward, when folding - back. If it is necessary to increase the number of seats, the seat 4 is disconnected from the small rods 12 in a hinge that is collapsible, the small rods 12 are pushed back and the turntable 15 releases the panel 14, which becomes a support for the sunbed 5.

The sofa bed in the second embodiment is transformed as follows. To give it a “bed” position, it is enough to transform a large sofa into the “bed” position in the same way as described in the first embodiment. To do this, take a hand at the bottom of the back 29 and pull up. Under the influence of large rods 41 and small rods 43, sunbed 31 and seat 36 begin to unfold. When the backrest 29 reaches top dead center, the further folding of the sunbed 31 and the seat 36 occurs by inertia. After the last passage of the top dead center, the backrest 29 lowers to the initial position, and the weight of the sunbed 31 and the seat 36 completes the unfolding phase.

The reverse translation to the “sofa” position takes place in a similar way. To do this, take the bottom of the back 29 and pull it up. Large rods 41 begin to turn the sunbed 31 in the folding direction, after which, thanks to the small rods 43, the seat 36 rolls back. When the upper dead center is reached by the sunbed 31 and the seat 36, the backrest 29 will lower to the initial position.

To give the corner sofa bed the “sofa” position with detached seats 36, 37:

- roll out the small seat 37;

- lay out a large sofa in the “bed” position; raising the cover of the large seat 36, disconnect the small rods 43 and roll the seat 36 to the side;

- raising the back 29, we put the sofa 19 to the top dead center position, on the sunbed 31 we retract the small rods 43, and with the latch 46 we release the support panel 44, on which the sunbed 31 will rest, and the back 29 will be set to its initial position;

- with raising the backrest 30 of the small sofa and lowering it to its initial position, the small sunbed 34 will be installed on the support panel 45;

- the ottoman 97 extracted from the corner part is laid out and installed as an additional seat in any convenient place.

The advantages of the inventive sofa in the first and second options related to the general inventive concept, compared with the prototype are as follows:

- to increase the convenience during operation due to the fact that in the “sofa” position and the “bed” position the back has an anatomical profile. This allows you to disconnect the drawers with seats in the “bed” position and use them yourself, due to the support panels of the sun loungers, the sun loungers themselves are used as a seat, and the sofas have a full look. In this case, the number of seats compared to the position of the "sofa" is doubled. The “bed” position can also be used to sit, for example, to watch TV. In this case, the back rests on the back of the anatomical profile, the head on the head restraint, and the legs are stretched forward. In this position, in comparison with the sitting position, the legs are relaxed, their blood circulation is facilitated, which contributes to a more complete rest. Additional seats can also be used as a guest bed;

- in reducing the time and effort of transformation due to the fact that the back, lounger and box on wheels are kinematically connected, and the attachment point on the back of the large thrust, which transfers the force exerted by the hand, is located so that the shoulder formed to the point of rotation of the back is 5 -7 times less than the shoulder to which the effort of the arm is applied, which reduces the necessary effort for transformation by the same amount;

- the versatility of the transformation mechanism and, therefore, manufacturability, which allows it to be used both for simple sofa beds and for corner ones. In the latter case, a small part of the corner (a small sofa) is equipped with an identical mechanism (without small rods and a retainer for the support panel), which makes it possible, first, to release the large and small seats, replacing them with sunbeds, increasing the number of additional seats, and secondly, depending on the consumer’s desire to assemble a corner on either side of the corner sofa bed (right, left corner).

The proposed options for sofa beds expand the arsenal of domestic goods that have high technological and consumer qualities, while cheaper than the best domestic and foreign counterparts.
