The utility model relates to furniture production and can be used in the manufacture of transformable products of upholstered furniture, namely, corner sofa-beds, consisting of a folding, transformable type "dolphin", and non-folding sofas.

The essence of the proposed technical solution is that this solution allows you to change the size of the seat in front of the back from the maximum - in the "bed" position, to the minimum - in the "sofa" position due to the fact that the surface of the sofas involved in the formation of a berth of an angular sofa bed are mounted on roll-out frame structures on movable supports and are not structurally connected to the backs, so in the “sofa” position, part of the seats of both sofas is under the back, and in the position the seat bed is fully extended and installed pour in front of the backs, and then the folding sofa is transformed into the "bed" position, while the surface of the sleeping place of the folding sofa is attached to the seat surface of the non-folding sofa formed after it is rolled out.

The berth of the corner sofa bed is large enough due to the surfaces forming the berth located in the "sofa" position under the backs, which allows not to increase the overall dimensions of the corner sofa bed in the "sofa" position.

The seats can be rolled out simultaneously if there is a connection between the roll-out frame structures on the movable supports, or individually if there is no connection.

The design of the created corner sofa bed is not related to the design and may vary depending on the fashion - the back and sides can have a different configuration.

Description

The utility model relates to furniture production and can be used in the manufacture of transformable products of upholstered furniture, namely, corner sofas, in which the configuration is changed by moving the movable part of the furniture relative to the fixed back hanging over the movable part.

The prior art:

The technical solution described in patent EP 0855160 A2 of 01/23/1988 was chosen as the closest analogue of the corner sofa bed. This is a composite sofa bed consisting of a folding large sofa and a non-folding small sofa installed between the sides, and the small seat is made protruding relatively large at a distance W, forming in the plan an angular sofa.

A large sofa with a back and a box with a capacity for bedding is mounted on a movable chassis, with the possibility of folding like a “book”. When the large sofa is in the “bed” position, it moves forward to the distance W on the chassis, and its back is folded back so that the front and rear edges of the large sofa when unfolded are a continuation of the front and rear edges of the seat of the small sofa, the back of the small sofa remains on location.

The advantages of this sofa bed are its versatility, including the availability of one comfortable sitting place with outstretched legs, and the ease of folding-folding. Disadvantages - all those that are inherent in sofas with transformation into a “bed” type of “book” - this is the inability to perform a folding backrest anatomical profile and the need for a gap between the sofa and the wall for folding, the felt joints between the back and seat when forming a berth.

The disadvantage of this sofa bed is that it has a small berth, with a sufficiently large size.

As the closest analogue for a non-folding sofa, a small sofa is described as described in the above patent.

The disadvantages of the non-folding small sofa included in this corner sofa bed is that the seat is rigidly connected to the base, therefore it cannot change its area, the design is non-folding, which is inconvenient for transportation.

In this design of the sofa, the principle of the telescopic folding of the retractable structure of the dolphin type, on which the pillow is installed, is used - in the “sofa” position, the pillow is placed inside the frame of the drawer located under the seat, and in the “bed” position the surface of the pillow forms a horizontal surface for lying.

The disadvantages of this technical solution are as follows: the seat is fixed, the berth is limited in width by the depth of the seat and the width of the transformable pillow, the dimensions of which are, in turn, limited by the size of the seat, the irrational use of the space under the back, there is no capacity for storing laundry. In addition, the significant disadvantages of this sofa bed are the following: the need to adjust when installing the sliding part in the guides of the sofa bed, its low operational reliability due to the fact that the sliding part frame has a complex connection with the sofa bed body.

As the closest analogue for a folding sofa, a small sofa is chosen, known as the sofa bed described in the patent of the Russian Federation (19) No. 67409 (13) U1, (51) IPC А47С 17/13 (2006.01) (54) “two-section telescopic transformation mechanism and furniture for sitting and lying on its basis. The technical result of the above design solution is the creation of a sofa bed with an anatomical back and with the possibility of using the "seat section" and "section for the legs" with increased depth, while in the "sofa" position the excess surface of the sections is located under the back, and when transforming from the position “Sofa” - in the “bed” position a sleeping place is obtained, perpendicular to the back, 210-230 cm long due to the use of the entire surface of the sections. In the “sofa” - “seat section” positioned above the “leg section”, it forms a seat, and partly this entire structure is located in a niche under the back of the sofa. In the “bed” position, the two-section telescopic transformation mechanism, on which the “seat section” and “leg section” are installed, is pumped out from under the back. - the back is fixed between the side walls, which in turn are connected to the back wall and to the couplers,

- the seat is mounted on a roll-out frame structure on movable supports, which is inserted between the side walls and can be moved between them forward and backward from the position lock “sofa” to the position lock “bed”,

- in the “sofa” position, part of this roll-out frame structure with the seat is hidden under the back,

- in the “bed” position, the roll-out frame structure on the movable supports is completely released from under the back, the seat on the roll-out frame structure on the movable supports is installed in front of the back, and the entire surface of the seat is fully involved in the formation of a rectangular berth of the corner sofa-bed.

In a folding sofa, the surface participating in the formation of a rectangular berth consists of the entire surface of the seat, which is formed after the seat is extended, and the surface of the bed cushion, which is located under the seat in the "sofa" position, and when transforming the folding sofa from the "sofa" position in the "bed" position, the bed cushion extends forward and is installed in front of the seat at its level.

In a non-folding sofa, the surface participating in the formation of a berth is the surface of the seat in the “bed” position, formed after the seat is extended.

When transforming from the “sofa” to the “bed” position, the frame structures on the roll-out supports move forward, and their movable supports move from the “sofa” position lock to the “bed” position lock at a distance determined by the distance from the back wall to the back.

The seats of the sofas in the “bed” position are pulled out from under the backs to the positions limited by the “bed” position locks.

In the “bed” position, the rectangular berth of the corner sofa-bed is formed after the folding sofa is transformed into the “bed” position and the non-folding sofa is attached to the formed surface of the seat.

The novelty of the claimed design of the corner sofa bed is that in this case, the seats mounted on the retractable frame structures on movable supports are completely released from under the backs and participate in the formation of a rectangular berth of the corner sofa bed, while the width of the berth compared to analogue increases due to the surfaces of the seats located in the "sofa" position under the back.

Features of the folding sofa is that its roll-out frame structure on movable supports is made in the form of three horizontally oriented frames interconnected, while:

the upper frame is connected to the lower frame by vertical struts,

the seat of the folding sofa is attached to the upper frame,

movable supports are attached to the lower frame, guides are attached above the sides of the lower frame between the racks, wheels with flanges are inserted into the openings between them and the side walls of the lower frame (we partially repeat the terminology used in the description of patent No. 67409), the movement of which along the guides is limited by vertical racks. Wheels with flanges are connected to the rear of the third frame, while its front is mounted on movable bearings rolling

on the floor, while on the third frame the “trapezoid” hinged-lever mechanism is attached, to which the bed cushion is attached from above (referred to in the patent No. 67409 as the “foot section”).

In the folding sofa on the side walls at the front and on the roll-out frame structure on the movable supports at the back, there are installed “anti-skew” elements (in patent No. 67409 - rollers “anti-skew”), designed for softer movement of the roll-out frame structure on the movable supports inside the sofa, as well as more stable fixation of the roll-out frame structure on movable supports in extreme positions.

The ties of the folding sofa are made in the form of rungs with latches of the extreme positions “sofa” and “bed” of the folding sofa, which tighten its side walls at the floor level. At the same time, the rear screed has position locks for the rear movable supports of the frame structure in the “bed” position, moved from the back wall by the length of the forward part of the seat, and the front screed has clamps for the front movable supports of the roll-out frame structure on the movable supports in the “sofa” position .

Features of the implementation of the non-folding sofa is that it contains a roll-out frame structure on movable supports placed in a box with a seat mounted on it.

The box has a back, front and side walls, a bottom, guides of sliders, as well as additional wheel supports.

The roll-out frame structure on the movable supports of the folding sofa contains a frame, sliders, seat lifting mechanisms and is installed by means of sliders in slide guides attached to the side walls inside the box, which is formed when the side and rear walls are connected with screeds - in the form of a front wall and a bottom.

Sliders - movable supports moving along the slide guides in the horizontal direction back and forth between the latches of the extreme positions “sofa” and “bed”.

The seat lifting mechanism is made of several levers pivotally connected to each other.

The frame is connected to the sliders and moves with them, while the lower levers of the seat lifting mechanisms are fixed on the sides of the frame, and the upper levers are fully attached to the lower surface of the seat, thereby

Folding sofa 1 is made in the form of a roll-out frame structure on movable supports 9, seat 7, cushions of a berth 8, rear wall 6, side walls 5, backrest 4 and position locks “sofa” 22 and “bed” 21.

In the roll-out frame structure on the movable supports 9, there is a lower frame 12 mounted on the front 13 and rear 14 movable supports. The lower frame 12 is connected by vertical uprights 10 to the upper frame 11, on which the seat 7 is attached. The third frame 17 is connected with the trapezoidal linkage mechanism 18, on which the bed cushion is installed 8. The third frame 17 has wheels with flanges on one side 16, which are inserted between the guides 15 and the side walls of the lower frame 12 and can move along these guides, on the other hand, the movable supports 19.

The position of the supports is fixed with a coupler with the position locks “sofa” 22. The wheels with flanges 16 inserted between the side rails 15 and the side walls of the lower frame 12 are in the extreme rear position limited by the rear vertical struts 10.

When transforming from the "sofa" to the "bed" position, the roll-out frame structure on the movable supports 9 moves forward as much as possible.

In the extreme position of the “bed”, the rear movable supports 14 of the lower frame 12 are moved to the screed with the position locks “bed” 21. The wheels with flanges 16 inserted between the side rails 15 and the side walls of the lower frame 12 are moved between them to the extreme forward position, limited front vertical struts 10, and the movable supports 19 are maximally advanced forward.

The hinged-lever mechanism "trapezoid" 18 raises the pillow of the berth 8 to the level of the seat 7.

The transformation of the folding sofa 1 from the "bed" to the "sofa" position is carried out in the reverse order.

The non-folding sofa 2 comprises a box made of a back wall 24, side walls 23, a bottom 37 and a front wall 38.

Inside the box on its side walls 23 closer to the back 24, slide rails 29 with position fixers are installed: “sofa” 31 and “bed” 30, into which the sliders 32 (see Fig. 8) of the roll-out frame structure on movable supports 27 are inserted . To the frame 28 is attached the lower arm 34 of the lifting mechanism of the seat 33, to the upper arm 35 of which the seat 26 is attached.

When transforming from the "sofa" to the "bed" position, the roll-out frame structure on the movable supports 27 with the seat 26 smoothly moves forward from the rear wall 24 between the side walls 23. The seat 26 rolls on additional wheel supports 36 installed in the front of the box. At the same time, on each side wall 23, the slider 32 moves along the guides of the slider 29 from the position lock “sofa” 31 to the position lock “bed” 30.
