Transformable frame of upholstered furniture includes a sliding frame, consisting of a base frame and a seat frame and containing oblong plates, which are a support for the soft element, and guiding means for changing the position of the soft element resting on the sliding frame when moving it from the unfolded position to the folded one and vice versa. At the same time, guides are mounted on the base frame and the seat frame on two opposite sides. Stop bushings are located in the front and rear parts of the base frame guides. The bushings-stops of the guides of the seat frame are located in their front parts, in the rear part of the seat frame behind the guides there are rollers. The rollers of the base frame are located in front of it in front of the guides. Base guide frames have roller seats for fixing the positions of the base and seat frames relative to each other. The utility model relates to the production of furniture, namely, upholstered furniture transformation mechanisms designed to increase the size of a sleeping place due to elements located inside by pushing them forward, in particular, to move the seat frame of a sofa, armchair or other part of upholstered furniture in the longitudinal direction.

A patent source of information is known from the prior art (see RU 87074 U1, publ. 09/27/2009), from which a sofa bed is known, containing three movable sections: a seat, a retractable part and a headrest, each of which consists of a frame and a soft element, which in the lying position form a sleeping place. The headrest is attached by the front part to the seat by means of a rotation mechanism and has rollers on the rear part, mounted with the possibility of rolling along curly guides fixed on the sidewalls, along which the headrest is lowered during the transformation of the furniture into the “for seat” position. Wheels are mounted on the seat and extension frames, with the front wheels moving along the floor, the rear wheels of the seat moving along the side rails, and the rear wheels of the extension moving along the seat frame. A lifting mechanism is fixed on the frame of the retractable part, made with the possibility of raising / lowering the soft element of the retractable part, and in the “for seat” position, the retractable part is located under the soft element of the seat, and in the “lying” position, the upper surfaces of the soft elements of the headrest, parts are on the same level.

A patent source of information is known from the prior art (see RU 2264147 C1, publ. 11/20/2005), which discloses furniture for seating and lying, containing soft elements of the back, seat and lying places fixed on the frame of the seat base. The frame is formed by a seat base with a roll-out section inserted into it and a back frame, and the seat base is formed by a horizontally oriented frame with vertically oriented frames welded to its sides. The frames are guides for contact wheels with roll-out section flanges. The upper and lower soft elements located on the base of the seat in the “sofa” position are interconnected by a fabric along the edge of the pillows on the pivot axis, which is formed during the transformation of furniture from the “sofa” state to the “bed” state. The upper soft element is a combined structure of the seat and back cushions, and a stiffening element is attached to its back side. On the inner ends of the frames of the seat base, perpendicular to the ends, near the front legs of the sofa, axles with two rollers are installed: a large one adjacent to the frame, and a small one. A mechanism for fixing the position of folding supports is installed between the wheel supports of the withdrawable section and the seat base frame. The mechanism comprises an axle with a locking head mounted on the support bracket below the swivel joint with the frame of the withdrawable section, and a lock-plate with a club-shaped groove inside the plate mounted on this axle. The end of the plate opposite from the groove is pivotally attached to the frame of the withdrawable section. The above design of transformable furniture is convenient in operation due to the possibility of double folding of the removable element in the "sofa" state, forming a sleeping place in the "bed" state of a larger size than the base under it.

A patent source of information is known from the prior art (see RU 99939 U1, publ. 12/10/2010), which discloses transformable upholstered furniture containing a frame and soft elements located on the corresponding parts of the frame, and the frame includes a sliding frame containing at least two sections, at least one of which is installed with the possibility of relative plane-parallel movement and contains support wheels; a soft element resting on the frame, made in the form of a mattress of elastic material, which covers essentially the entire surface of the sliding frame in its unfolded position, as well as guiding means for changing the position of the specified mattress, made with the possibility of inserting a part of the mattress under the sliding frame when it is transferred from unfolded position to folded. In this case, the movement of the sliding frame sections is carried out by a reversible electromechanical drive.

The technical problem of the claimed utility model is to expand the arsenal of tools for a specific purpose, which is solved by creating a technical solution alternative to known solutions.

The objective of the claimed utility model is to create a full-fledged sleeping place in a sofa bed or chair bed.

The technical result consists in the implementation of the purpose of the claimed utility model with the possibility of three fixed positions of the base frame relative to the seat frame.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the transformable frame of upholstered furniture includes a sliding frame, consisting of a base frame and a seat frame and containing oblong plates that are a support for the soft element, and guiding means for changing the position of the soft element resting on the sliding frame when moving it from the unfolded position folded and vice versa, while guides are mounted on the base frame and seat frame from two opposite sides, bushings-stops are located in the front and rear parts of the base frame guides, bushings-stops of the seat frame guides are located in their front parts, in the rear part of the seat frame rollers are located behind the guides, the base frame rollers are located in its front part in front of the guides, the base frame guides have roller seats for fixing the positions of the base and seat frames relative to each other.

Each specified feature is necessary, and together they are sufficient to achieve the specified technical result.

The execution of the claimed frame with a system of roller guides makes it possible to manufacture, in particular, a sofa bed or chair bed with a seat retractable forward. The first position of the seat is fully folded, the second is partially unfolded, and the third is fully unfolded.

The third position allows you to create a full-fledged sleeping place in a sofa bed or chair bed.

The claimed device includes metal guides, rollers and stop bushings that limit the movement of the rollers.

Guides are rigidly mounted on the side parts of the base and the seat, with one guides on the outer side surfaces of the seat frame, and reciprocal guides on the inner side surfaces of the base frame. The guides are offset relative to each other.

A roller is installed on each outer side surface of the seat frame, in its rear part, on the axle.

The second roller is installed at the front of each inner side surface of the base frame.

One stop sleeve is located at the rear of each rail mounted on the base frame, and the other stop sleeve is located at the rear of the same rail. Another stop sleeve is located on the front of each seat frame guide.

The presence of additional seats on the guides of the seat frame improves the fixation of the positions of the base and seat frames relative to each other.

The transformable frame of upholstered furniture includes a sliding frame 1, consisting of a base frame 2 and a seat frame 3 and containing oblong plates 4 with a soft element resting on them (not shown), and guiding means 5, 6 for changing the position of the soft element resting on the sliding frame when transferring it from the unfolded position to the folded position, and vice versa, while guides are mounted on the base frame and seat frame from two opposite sides, bushings-stops 7 are located in the front and rear parts of the guides 5 of the base frame, bushings-stops 8 guides 6 of the seat frame are located in their front parts, in the rear part of the seat frame behind the guides, rollers 9 are located, the rollers 10 of the base frame are located in its front part in front of the guides, the guide base frames have seats 11 for fixing the positions of the base and seat frames relative to each other. Additionally, the guide frames of the seat have seats for the rollers 12 for fixing the positions of the base and seat frames relative to each other.

The claimed device operates as follows.

In the assembled position, the rollers of the seat frame are located in the seats farthest from the front of the base frame guides. By moving the seat frame forward, its rollers roll freely along the straight surfaces of the base frame guides to the next seats - an intermediate position. If you continue to move the seat frame, the rollers will stop at the next seat. This will be the fully extended position.

The fixation of the rollers in any seat of the guides is determined by the weight of the seat frame structure and the weight of the person sitting on the sofa bed or chair.
