11.Polluted air from a local suction pump from process equipment (not shown in the drawing) enters through a duct 8 into a dust collector 3, equipped with an upper inlet 9, a

4.The flow scroller 6 of the dust collector 4 is connected to the suction inlet 15 of the fan 1. The
19.The flow rate of purified air supplied to the
7.The control flap 20 is installed at the outlet of the fabric filter 7.
The aspiration system works as follows.
11.Dusty air from the local suction pump under the influence of the vacuum created by the fan 1, through the duct 8 enters the dust collector 3 through the upper inlet 9. The collected dust is discharged into the dump through the lock gate 11.
Installed at the outlet of the vortex inertial dust collectors 3 and 4, the flow spinners 5 and 6 provide a reduction in aerodynamic drag.
The stream purified in the first dust collector 3 enters the second vortex inertial dust collector 4 through the upper inlet 12. Here, further dust particles are collected.
The captured dust through the
The cleaned air in the second vortex inertial dust collector 4 is directed through the flow straightener 6 by fan 1 for additional cleaning into a fabric filter, the flow from which is discharged from the aspiration system through the control damper 20.
4.Part of the purified air after the fan 1 is sent to the separator-concentrator 2, where it is divided into two streams with a higher and lower concentration of dust. A stream having a lower concentration is directed to the
19.The amount of air purified in the separator-hub supplied to the dust collectors is regulated by
The inventive aspiration system allows you to effectively clean the air before discharge into the atmosphere. The system has high reliability, because fabric filter, provides fine cleaning of air discharged into the atmosphere, is protected from dust overload due to the installation of inertial dust collectors.
The aerodynamic resistance of the vortex inertial dust collectors is reduced due to the installation of flow spinners, which allow the energy of the residual swirl of the stream at the outlet of the dust collectors to be converted into the axial flow energy.
The presence of a separator-hub allows you to split the gas and dust stream into two streams with different dust content. This solution is used to ensure the supply of mixed flows to the primary and secondary inputs of dust collectors in counter swirling flows. The supply of a cleaner stream to the lower swirling input of the dust collector on the counter swirling flows allows to increase the efficiency of dust collection. This effect is based on the fact that the secondary stream entering the separation chamber of the CDW dust collector directed directly to the side of the purified gas pipe, in this case is used only to squeeze the primary stream to the walls of the separation chamber, and carries only a minimum of dust particles.
