FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY TO WHICH A USEFUL MODEL IS

The utility model relates to reflexology, and more specifically, to devices for acupressure, designed to massage the reflexogenic zones of the human body, especially the soles of the feet.

BACKGROUND

Various massage mats and elements for massage mats are well known (see RF patents for utility models Nos. 59974 and 46181, as well as RF patent for invention No. 2337663).

Known massage mat, with massage protrusions made of genuine leather, consisting of a lower layer with massage protrusions on it in the form of nodules evenly spaced across the entire surface of the mat, formed by 3-8 mm wide stripes of leather, looped together with transverse skin strips, missed through stitched holes in the lower layer of the skin (RF patent for utility model No. 59974). Since all the protrusions have approximately the same height and size, the impact on the foot of an individual with a different size and direction is not provided in the known rug (for this it is necessary to place the foot at different angles relative to the pattern of the massage protrusions).

A well-known massage mat, with massage protrusions evenly spaced across the entire surface, is made in the form of a sheet of flexible corrugated plastic with fine corrugation, sheathed on both working sides and ends with a dense fabric, and fabric is attached to one of the working sides of the plastic sheet along the entire curved surface of the corrugations, and the other working side of the plastic sheet is tightly covered with fabric on a plane adjacent to the tops of the corrugations, with the cavity formed on one working side of the sheet between the fabric and the top awn corrugations filled porous stones metallurgical slag small weight, mixed with a high-coercivity permanent magnet elements (patent RF №2337663). The well-known massage mat does not provide a high drop and a wide range of acupressure effects on the foot.

DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF A USEFUL MODEL

The objective of the present invention is to expand the arsenal of means for acupressure exposure, in particular means for acupressure effects on the soles of the feet.

The technical result consists in increasing the intensity of the impact on the feet of the individual over the entire depth, from the deepest to the surface tissues. Due to the presence of protrusions of different heights and widths and their location, when installing the sole of the foot on the massage mat on the arch of the foot, the deep muscles and ligaments act on large protrusions, on the superficial muscles and ligaments - protrusions of medium size, on reflexogenic zones - small protrusions, which provides more complete treatment of all tissues of the foot and a more pronounced therapeutic effect.

This result is achieved due to the fact that in the element of the massage mat, according to the present utility model, it is made of elastic material, its (element) lateral ends have protrusions 20 and depressions 22 of a reciprocal form for it (element) to connect with similar ones (elements), at on its upper surface there are round-shaped massage protrusions, namely large protrusions 12 with a height of 0.3 ÷ 1.5 of the height of the arch of the foot and a length or diameter of 0.5 ÷ 1.0 of the width of the foot, the middle protrusions 16, at least at least 30% less height (relative to height 12), with a length or diameter of 1.0 ÷ 2.0 widths of the little finger of the foot, between which (middle protrusions) are placed small protrusions 18, at least 10% less height (relative to the protrusions 16), while the distance between these large The protrusions 12 are less than the length of the foot.

As will be clear to a person skilled in the art, the problem is solved due to the totality of the features of the massage mat element, while the aforementioned technical result is achieved due to the presence of protrusions of different heights, by choosing the sizes of these protrusions depending on the geometric dimensions of the foot, due to the special ratio of the heights of these protrusions and their special relative position.

It must be understood that in the present text utility models are characterized only by such signs that are sufficient to solve the task, realize the purpose and achieve the technical result. A special mention of all the attributes and utilitarian characteristics of utility models without exception is not required if it is already obvious to specialists that, in the absence of these, utility models, like their counterparts, cannot solve the tasks posed or fully realize their purpose. Moreover, it is not necessary to limit the generalized features to any specific options, if such should be known to specialists and (or) can be selected by them according to well-known rules.

Moreover, the aforementioned utility model may possess the features of any one or more of the following particular forms of execution, provided that these features are logically and technically compatible with its (utility model) key features and with each other.

In one particular embodiment, the element may be made of polyethylene foam.

In another particular embodiment, the distance between the large projections 12 is 100 ÷ 200 mm, preferably 140 mm, their height is 17 ÷ 30 mm, preferably 24 mm, and their width is 45 ÷ 85 mm, preferably 70 mm.

In another frequent embodiment, the middle and small protrusions 16 and 18 are placed periodically, the small protrusions being placed between adjacent middle ones, the height of the middle protrusions is 7 ÷ 15 mm, preferably 10 mm.

In one of the private forms of execution, the density of placement of medium and small massage protrusions is 50 ÷ 150 pcs / dm.

In yet another particular embodiment, the widths of large, medium and small protrusions are referred to as 1.0: 0.2 ÷ 0.3: 0.17 ÷ 0.25.

In another particular embodiment, the large protrusions have a substantially spherical surface and are further provided with protrusions 14.

In one particular embodiment, the minimum height of the massage tabs is 5 mm and the maximum is 30 mm.

In yet another particular embodiment, such a fragment of a pattern can be applied to the front surface of the element that when it (the element) is connected with its own kind, an integral pattern is formed.

The above technical result is also achieved due to the fact that the massage mat, according to the second utility model, contains or consists of the above elements (any one or more of the above varieties).

The above utility model can be used to stimulate reflexogenic zones of the foot, to prevent flat feet, to relieve fatigue after sports, to strengthen the nervous and other systems.

The design of the massage mat element is clearly illustrated by figures 1-3 on the example of one of the specific forms of execution.

On the surface of large protrusions 12 there are even smaller (relative to protrusions 18) protrusions 14.

The device is used as follows: the elements are laid out on a horizontal surface and connected to each other by means of protrusions 20 and 22 (trying to recreate a complete picture if fragments of it are on separate elements).
