Description

The invention relates to the field of physiotherapy, specifically to devices for reflex effects on the human body.

A known applicator for reflex physiotherapy, including a polymer base with silicon-containing elements attached to it for contacting the body with contact: see German patent 2703965, IPC A 61 H 7/00, priority from 01/19/1977 (analogue of the invention). In this known device, the polymer base is formed by several parallel, rotatable rolls, on the surface of which particles of sand, gravel, pebbles or gravel are glued. Such an analog applicator has a number of significant disadvantages:

- designed for short-term exposure, determined by the duration of the applied effort to roll the rolls;

- it is suitable mainly for massage of the soles of the feet, and the impossibility of “reconfiguring” the geometry of the acting particles further limits the applicability of the applicator.

A known applicator for reflex physiotherapy, including a base in the form of a polymer plate with rows of nests in which silicon-containing elements are placed on the body: see German patent DE 3905989 C2, IPC A 61 H 7/00, priority from 02.25.1989 (analogue of the invention) . In the creaseable foam mat of this known device, through cylindrical holes are made into which quartz sand is poured; textile fabric is glued to the top and bottom of the mat. Such an analog applicator has a number of significant drawbacks, in particular:

- there is no direct contact of the body with the acting silicon-containing elements, which does not allow to use their bioenergy potential in full;

- it is difficult to provide the required pressure on the massaged points of the body;

- the device is unreliable and quickly fails.

Known applicator for reflex physiotherapy, including a base in the form of a plate with rows of nests and inserted into them by end landing surfaces, with the possibility of contact with the body with opposite protruding ends, interchangeable acting elements: see German patent DE 4205841 C2, IPC A 61 H 7/00 , priority from 02.26.1992 (analogue of the invention). In the wood plate of this known device, blind cylindrical holes are drilled into which pins made of wood or metal are inserted. Such an analog applicator has a number of significant drawbacks, in particular:

- a rigid wooden base is poorly suited for variable relief of various parts of the human body;

- the materials used in the applicator do not have pronounced bioenergy properties, which reduces the effectiveness of the applicator.

A known applicator for reflex physiotherapy, comprising a base in the form of a polymer plate and acting elements attached to it with the possibility of contact with the body: see Belarus patent BY 1256 C1, IPC A 61 H 11/00 from 1995 (analogue of the invention). Thin steel plates, which are the acting elements, are pressed into the polyethylene mat of this known device. Such an analog applicator has a number of significant disadvantages:

- the materials used in the applicator do not have pronounced bioenergy properties, which reduces the effectiveness of the applicator;

- it is impossible to replace the acting elements, which limits the possibility of using the applicator;

- when using the applicator, you can cut yourself on steel plates.

A known applicator for reflex physiotherapy, including a base in the form of a polymer plate with rows of nests and interchangeable acting elements placed in them with the possibility of contact with the body: see European patent application EP 0811365 A3, IPC A 61 H 15/00, priority from 07.06.1996 (analogue of the invention). Hemispherical or through cylindrical nests are made in the rubber or polystyrene foam mat of this known device, in which mainly spherical acting elements made of plastic, wood or metal are laid (immersed about half). They are large in size, reaching a diameter of 10 cm. Such a device has a number of significant drawbacks, in particular:

- the materials used in the applicator do not have pronounced bioenergy properties, which reduces the effectiveness of the applicator;

- for installation in sockets of interchangeable acting elements of a different configuration, additional transitional parts are required;

- the specific shape and size of the acting elements, as well as their unsecured position in the sockets, limit the use of the applicator.

A known applicator for reflex physiotherapy, including a base in the form of a polymer plate with rows of nests and acting elements inserted into the nests with end landing surfaces and provided with protruding ends for contact with the patient's body: see German patent application 2619410, IPC A 61 H 7/00. priority from 05/06/1975 (prototype of the invention). In the foam rubber or foam mat of this known device, blind sockets are made in which the acting elements with a flat or spherical contact surface are inserted. made of plastic or rubber. This prototype device has a number of significant disadvantages, in particular:

- interchangeable actuating elements of various configurations are equipped with different end landing surfaces, and therefore are not interchangeable:

- the materials used in the applicator do not have pronounced bioenergy properties.

These disadvantages of the prototype applicator, along with the form of the acting elements used, reduce the applicator's efficiency and limit its scope of application mainly to foot soles massage.

The invention solves the technical problem of increasing the efficiency of the applicator for reflex physiotherapy.

The technical problem is solved in that in the applicator for reflex physiotherapy, including a base in the form of a polymer plate with rows of nests and acting elements inserted into the nests with end landing surfaces and provided with protruding ends for contact with the patient’s body, according to the invention, the polymer plate is made of organosilicon rubber, and the acting elements are made of processed amber and / or silicon-containing stone with various shapes of protruding ends, moreover, for the n two types of interchangeable stones edusmotreny at least a different shape of the protruding ends.

In particular cases of the invention:

- the protruding end of the acting element is made of a pyramidal shape:

- the protruding end of the acting element is made conical in shape;

- the acting element contains additional protruding ends;

- the nest has a pyramidal mounting surface;

- for ease of installation and removal of the acting element, its protruding part is provided with a place for grippers;

- introduced means to hold the applicator on the body;

- the applicator further comprises a similar applicator and means for attaching the applicators to each other.

A technical result is expected from the implementation of the invention, which consists in increasing the effectiveness of the applicator for reflex physiotherapy.

According to figure 1 and figure 2, the proposed applicator for reflex physiotherapy contains made of silicone rubber lamellar base 1, which is equipped with rows of nests in the form of tetrahedral pyramids with plates at the bases. Acting elements 2, made in the form of processed amber and / or silicon-containing stones, are inserted into the nests with end landing surfaces. The ends of the stones protruding from the plate, opposite the landing ones, are in contact with the body when an applicator is applied to it. Stone 2 is presented separately on a larger scale in figure 3, which shows that the end of the stone acting on the body has the shape of a pyramid with a sharp peak. Instead of such a stone, the stone 2a shown in Fig. 4 with a cut (dull) apex can be installed in the nest.

The geometric shapes of nests and stones are not limited to the species described above. To illustrate this, FIG. 5 shows an applicator with cylindrical sockets in a plate into which interchangeable stones 3 and 3a with conical protruding ends are inserted with corresponding pins.

The applicator is equipped with a set of interchangeable stones in such a way that at least two types of interchangeable stones are provided for the socket, differing in the shape of the protruding ends. Typically, the stones are located with a small gap relative to each other, and the typical distance between the protruding ends of the stones (between the axes of the nests) is about 5 mm. For ease of removal and installation of stones (for example, for the possibility of their capture with tweezers), cuts 4 and 4a can be made in them, as shown in Fig. 5, or other forms of recesses and bevels. So that when using the applicator, the sharp edges and ends of the stones do not chip, they can become dull during the manufacture of stones (this can be done for the purposes of the physiotherapeutic procedure).

In order not to make too thin, easily damaged, landing pins made of stone and to avoid excessive thinning of the jumpers between the nests in the plate material, the nests can be spaced and the stone can be provided with several protruding ends located on a common platform with one landing pin. Fig.6 and Fig.7 shows an example of such an applicator design, for which interchangeable stones 5 and 5a are shown on a larger scale in Fig.8 and Fig.9, respectively.

To keep the applicator in a certain area of the body with the creation of the necessary pressure on the skin, the applicator can be equipped with (or equipped with) various devices of a known type. For these purposes, the applicator shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is provided with holes 6 at the edges of the plate base into which, for example, ties can be inserted. Staples 7 can also be inserted here to connect the applicators to each other. One or more of these applicator rugs can be stacked on the couch or performed as part of it. Rug applicators can also be built into the bed of an individual physiotherapeutic capsule.

The described specific applicators and their individual elements do not exhaust the essence of the invention. Stones can have a wide variety of geometric shapes.

Various interchangeable stones can be placed in the respective nests in any order, as they may not be partially installed. One amber or one silicon-containing stones can be installed, or both stones can be used in various combinations, etc.

In the proposed applicator, a purely acupuncture therapeutic effect is combined with the bioactive effect of the materials from which the acting elements are made. The positive effect of amber and silicon-containing stones on the human body, known since ancient times, has partially been explained on the basis of modern knowledge. The effectiveness of the proposed applicator is increased due to its polymer base made of silicone rubber. Since silicon has a therapeutic effect, a silicon-containing base of the applicator is also inherent in this. The mentioned polymer also has good physiological compatibility and unique dielectric properties, which are preserved even after 24 hours of exposure of the material in an aqueous medium. Thus, the area of the body to which the applicator is attached is in comfortable physiological conditions and is protected from external electromagnets. A combination of all of the above factors ensures the high efficiency of the proposed applicator.

Along with this, the applicator is convenient and safe to use, it is reliable and durable. The ease of reconfiguring the applicator by changing the acting elements provides it with a wide range of applications. The applicator can be used both in various medical institutions and at home for preventive, health, rehabilitation and medical purposes. The use of the applicator has a beneficial homeostatic effect on various organs and systems. The body's resistance to adverse effects is increased, protective and adaptive mechanisms are strengthened. The use of the invention allows to achieve the maximum effect in courses of weight loss and body cleansing. Great benefits from the use of the invention are expected in the treatment of diseases of the peripheral and central nervous system, as well as cardiovascular, dental, skin and some other diseases. Rugs and couches, made on the basis of the proposed applicator, are an effective way to relieve stress, calm and relax after a hard day, after physical and intellectual stress.

So, the technical result expected from the implementation of the invention is confirmed: the proposed applicator for reflex physiotherapy is highly effective, suitable for widespread use, convenient and safe to use, durable.
