Abstract
Машина для приготовления компостов относится к сельскому хозяйству и может быть использована для получения компостов из отходов животноводства и других органических отходов. Машина состоит из последовательно соединенных между собой рамы, шнекового питателя, выгрузного шнекового транспортера и аэрационного устройства с напорным вентилятором выполненный с озонатором воздуха. Аэрационное устройство выполнено в виде аэрационной трубы с отверстиями, через которую проходит шнековый транспортер, находящийся в камере сжатого воздуха, к которой присоединен с помощью воздуховода напорный вентилятор, выполненный с озонатором воздуха. Машина позволяет повысить эффективность аэрации навоза в бурте без образования анаэробных зон, что снижает затраты на приготовление компоста и повышает его качество.
