Abstract

A pavement marking system in conditions of reduced visibility by a network of wirelessly coupled edge-mounted signaling devices consisting of devices (401, 402, 403, 411, 412, 413) arranged on opposite sides of the pavement so that the device (401) on one side of the pavement having its next device (402) on the same side of the roadway and its own steam device (411) on the opposite side of the roadway, characterized in that each of the devices consists of: a micro-controller (115) and a subsystem (116) for wireless communication, with which a motion detector (112), a speed detector (113) and a detector (114) for distinguishing visibility conditions are connected, as well as a means (102, 111) for transmitting light, which are supplied from an autonomous battery unit (108) via a controller (109) the battery unit to which the solar cell is connected (105). The application contains 1 more independent and 1 dependent claim.
