Abstract

Energetski sistem sušenja vlažnih proizvoda smešten je u objekat sušare (1) koja se sastoji od komore (3), u kojoj se suše vlažni proizvodi, gde pomoću radijalnog ventilatora (86) sušioni vazduh strujeći kroz kanal (114) prolazi kroz perforirani pod (115), ulazi u komoru (3) struji kroz vlažni proizvod , kojem prenoseći toplotu oduzima vlagu, postaje vlažan i kao vlažan vazduh prolazi kroz otvor (94), ulazi u komoru (2) u kojoj je smeštena energetska oprema naznačen time, što je akumulator (12) toplote cevovodima povezan sa toplovodnim kotlom (6), visokotemperaturnom toplotnom pumpom (5) vazduh-voda, solarnim kolektorom (4), izmenjivačem (9) toplote vazduh-voda i izmenjivačima (10), (11) i (15) toplote topla voda-vazduh; što je toplovodni kotao (6) cevovodima povezan sa izmenjivačem (15) toplote topla voda-vazduh; što su solarni kolektori (4) cevovodima povezani sa izmenjivačem (9) toplote vazduh-voda i sa izmenjivačima (10) i (11) toplote topla voda-vazduh; što je izmenjivač (9) toplote vazduh-voda cevovodima povezan sa izmenjivačima (10) i (11) toplote topla voda-vazduh; što je u sistemu ugrađen bojler (118); što su iznad pločastih izmenjivača (7) i (8) toplote vazduh-vazduh postavljene pokretne ploče (16) i (17) i što je u elektokomandni ormar (24) ugrađen digitalni regulator/indikator za vlagu, transmiter za vlagu i grebenasta dvopoložajna sklopka, a u elektroormar (31) digitalni regulator/indikator i transmiter diferencijalnog pritiska.Prijava sadrži još 19 zavisnih patentnih zahteva.
