Abstract

Pronalazak pripada oblasti proizvodnje keramičkih proizvoda. Pronalazak se odnosi na tehnološke postupke oblikovanja gline: ekstruzija, presovanje i livenje. Suština ovog pronalaska nalazi se u dodavanju aditiva u glinu, radi formiranja najviše trikalcijum fosfata, a moguće je i kalcijum polifosfata u finalnom (pečenom) proizvodu od gline. Pronalazak predstavlja smeša kalcijum karbonata i mono-kalcijum fosfata. Glavna hemijska jednačina na kojoj se zasniva delovanje aditiva je nastajanje trikalcijum fosfata: 2CaCO3 +Ca(H2PO4)2 = Ca3(PO4)2 +2CO2 +2H2O Pronalazak, aditiv se dodaje u glinu u masenom procentu od 0,05% do 49% u odnosu a suvu materiju gline. Prilikom pravljenja aditiva sastojci se mešaju u težinskom odnosu: od 5% do 95% mono-kalcijum fosfata i kalcijum karbonata (u adekvatnom postupku do 100%). Radi efikasne primene smeša mono-kalcijum fosfata i kalcijum karbonata mora biti samlevena do veličine čestica od 5 do 120 mikrona. Kalcijum karbonat i mono- kalcijum fosfat na temperaturi preko 650⁰C grade Ca3(PO4)2 i kalcijum polifosfate i druge minerale kao što su kalcijum fosfosilikati. Prednost korišċenja pronalaska se ogleda u poboljšanju mehaničkih osobina i skraċenju vremena pečenja proizvoda od gline.
