Abstract

Invention herewith described refers to the mobile mixer for coordinated production of cement glue and concrete mixture. According to the invention, the mobile mixer is mounted on a transport vehicle and has a triple role: crushing the low-quality cement for getting better quality cement i.e. increase the effect of viscosity, then intensive mixing along with depolarization of the dosed water that is sprayed to obtain a better connection of the cement powder with the addition of colour and additives for getting the cement glue which is added to the mixture of water, sand, gravel or crushed stone in order to obtain the concrete mixture. The mixer consists of a cylindrical drum (1) in which the cement is poured and that is through the cone funnel (4) connected to the upper tapered end of the cylindrical flow mixer (11) for the cement glue whose lower tapered end is through the cement glue drain pipe (25) with a connection(35) attached to the cylindrical mixer (28) for the finished material. The mixers (11, 28) contain vertically bedded rotating hollow shafts with bearings (14, 31) with the small holes (15, 32) for spraying water and additives brought from the tank (23) with the dispenser. The rotary propellers (18, 19, 33) with blades for intensive mixing and homogenization of the mixture are fixed on the hollow shafts (14, 31).
