Abstract

Obezbeđen je farmaceutski dozni oblik niske doze koji sadrži nimesuilid ili njegove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli, estre, solvate ili hidrate, zajedno sa jednim ili više farmaceutski prihvatljivih ekscipijenata. Ovaj pronalazak takode obezbeđuje postupak za dobijanje takvih doznih oblika i terapeutske metode za upotrebu takvih doznih oblika. Kompozicije niske doze su sastavljene tako da pokazuju takvu bioraspoloživost, koja je efikasna za tretiranje NS AID indikovanih poremećaja, naročito onih koji zahtevaju dugotrajne režime lečenja kao što je artritis. Takve kompozicije smanjuju cenu terapije oboljenja koja zahtevaju dugotrajne terapije, lako se proizvode i takođe smanjuju sporedne efekte vezane za dozu, povezane sa terapijom nimezulidom.
