Abstract

Sistem naprava koje uključuju posebno spravljen medicinski konac, transporter konca unutar katetera, transporteri čvora i steznika čvora kateterskog tipa, zatvarači punkcionog mesta srčanog mišića i tehnika kateter- baziranog tretmana mitralne insufiziencije je prikazana. U jednoj varijanti, implantiran je zatezni aparat valvule da reguliše amplitudu sistolnih pokreta zaliska. Napravljena je tračnica vodilja plasiranjem konca od ulaznog mesta na levoj komori kroz mitralni list (1114), transseptalni kateter (400) do preponskog venskog izlaza. Implantat podmetač (84) za naslanjanje na mitralni list je montiran na izlazni kraj ove tračnice preko njegovog integralnog dela (841) i doveden na pretkomorsku površinu lista (11141) povlačenjem konca vodinje unazad sa epicardnog kraja. Silikonsko crevo (70) je umetnuto između zaliska i slobodnog zida srca (1113) a preko vodilje konca (841) koji je proveden kroz zatvarač ulaznog mesta slobodnog zida srca (90) i zavezan za njegov spoljni epicardijalni segment čvorom (9021x841) tako da drži mitralni list na željenom rastojanju za vreme sistole ne ometajući pri tome diastolno otvaranje zaliska.
