Abstract
Procedure for obtaining a new pharmaceutical composition as a stick based on paraffn oils and alcohols as liquid components, is characterizd in that that as its active component, it includes salts of diclofenac and that it includes: a) a phase of mixing an active component and supplementary matters, b) phase of strenghtening, and c) a phase of confectioning of the obtained product. This invention relates to local formulation for administration of pharmaceutical component in such a way that the bioavailability and efficiency of active ingredient is significantly increased. This invention relates to a semi-solid carrier in the form of stick by means of which the drug is administered and which includes a higher alcohol with 12 to 22 C atoms or compound thereof, polyetyleneglycole (PEG) with molecule mass less or equal to 600 and paraffin oil having density of 0,851 g/cm3 and viscosity 26,5 mPas, and ethyl alcohol respectively. Active ingredient includes one or more forms of diclofenac or its salt (i.e. sodium sulphate or diethylamine).
