Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a produselor ceramice compozite autoportante constituite structural dintr-o matrice ceramice policristalina rezultata prin oxidarea Al ca metal de baza, formata din alfa-alumina si dintr-un constituent metalic, neoxidat, respectiv, în principal, din Al si care înglobeaza o umplutura permeabila eventual fasonata într-o preforma. Umplutura perbeabila mentionata cuprinde compusi ceramici care pot fi alesi dintre cel putin între SiC, Si3N4, Al2O3, ZrO2, si BN, acoperiti cel putin partial cu o sursa de siliciu care prezinta proprietati dopante, este reductibila în fazele de oxidare pentru obtinerea matricei ceramice policristaline si poate fi aleasa între Si metalic, un silicat si silice.
