Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a produselor compozite ceramice, conform inventiei, prevede controlarea vitezei de infiltrare si este vuteza de oxidare a metalului initial - ales dintre Al, Ti, Zr, Si si Hf - astfel încât reactia de oxidare între metalul initial topit si oxidantul gazos sa aibe loc cel putin într-o parte a volumului de pori dintre particulele masei de umplutura infiltrate cu metalul initial topit si produsul reactiei de oxidare sa se formeze atât în volumul de pori dintre particulele umpluturii si/sau volumul de pori existent în particulel umpluturii. pentru aceasta se foloseste o umplutura în care porozitatea totala este cuprinsa între 20 si 80% si care este constituita, în mod cunoscut, din nituri de Si, Al sau Ti.
