Abstract
Inventia se reefra la un procedeu de obtinere a metiletilcetonei si consta în aceea ca procesul de esterificare se realizeaza în 2 sau 3 trepte, reactantii aflându-.se în contracurent, fiecare treapta constând dintr-o zona de amestecare a reactantilor prevazuta cu agitare proprie, o zona de linistire, la capatul careia se evacueaza produsele de reactie si o zona de racire, la presiunea de 6...8 bar, temperatura 10...12 degree C, concentratia acidului sulfuric 80%, raportul molar H2SO4/n-butene 1,1/1 si ratia de recirculare 15...20/1, procesul de dehidrogenare a alcollului butilic secundar (ABS) se realizeaza în doua zone de reactie - una izoterma si una adiabatica, alimentând ABS la o viteza volumara de 6 h la -1, la un timp mediu de stationare în reactor de circa 1 s, metietilcetona (MEC) obtinuta se purifica în doua trepte, în prima treapta se separa MEC de ABS nereactionat, iar în a doua treapta se separa produsul finit de azeotropul MEC/apa, cu recuperarea MEC din azeotrop prin salifiere cu clorura de sodiu, urmata de o distilare simpla.
