Abstract

Inventia se refera la un grup extractor, pentru masini de decupat furnire, cu apasarea dinamica a furnirului, destinat industriei prelucrarii lemnului. Grupul extractor, conform inventiei, are în conceptie o schema cinematica, cu ajutorul careia se realizeaza o evacuare completa a furnirului din decupator, prin realizarea unei viteze de taiere a cutitului, în dreptul peretelui de rezemare a busteanului, respectiv a eliberarii furnirului în grupul extractor, cu o valoare apropiata de cea a vitezei de miscare a curelelor grupului extractor, necesara si suficienta pentru strabaterea de catre furnir a drumului prin grupul extractor, pâna la atingerea punctului mort exterior al sistemului biela-manivela, împrejurare în care reducerea repida a vitezei grupului extractor face posibila apasarea dinamica a foii de furnir pe curelele extractorului, ceea ce asigura aderenta necesara între curele si furnir.The invention relates to an extractor group for veneer cutting machines with dynamic veneer pressing for the woodworking industry.
