Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie de microsudura cu gaze produse prin electroliza apei, având în alcatuire un generator de oxigen si hidrogen prin electroliza, un transformator si un redresor, caracterizat prin aceea ca intensitatea procesului de electroliza este controlata automat, prin intermediul unei bucle de control, având în structura un convertor curent-tensiune, un regulator proportional cu nivel de referinta stabilit printr-un potentiometru, o schema electronica de comanda a tracului, un triac T înseriat cu primarul transformatorului,s caderea debitului de gaze sub o anumitp valoare fiind detectata prin intermediul unui supraveghetor de debit, cu sesizor inductiv si determinând blocarea curentului de elctroliza.The invention relates to a gas microelectric installation produced by electrolysis of water, comprising an oxygen and hydrogen generator by means of electrolysis, a transformer and a rectifier, characterized in that the intensity of the electrolysis process is automatically controlled by means of a loop of control, having the structure of a current-to-voltage converter, a proportional level reference regulator set by a potentiometer, an electronic traction control scheme, a triac T coupled to the primary of the transformer, with the gas flow falling below a certain value being detected by a flow supervisor, inductive sensor and causing blocking of elctrolysis current.
