Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a fantelor cu grafit nodular cu caracteristici superioare, prin captusirea camerei de reactie cu un amestec exoterm, ceea ce asigura un aport de caldura, creîndu-se conditii optime de asimilarea elementelor modificatoare din prealiaj si de dizolvare completa a prealiajului modificator. Stratul de material exoterm este constituit dintr-un amestec de purtatori de Fe, Si, Al si C.
