Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru extractia pigmentilor fotosintetici. Procedeul, conform inventiei, este caracterizat prin aceea ca materialul vegetal deshidratat prin presare la etuva, sub vid, pâna la umiditatea maxima 10%, este extras cu un amestec de solventi polari alesi dintre metanol, etanol si acetona, solventi nepolari alesi dintre eter de petrol, n-hexan si benzina de extractie, în raport volumetric de 1/2...1/3 si la un raport solvent/material de 10/1 prin separarea fazelor cu pigmentii partitionati, obtinând clorofilele predominant în faza polara si carotenoizii în faza nepolara.
