Description

(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ МАСЛА ИЗ МАСЛОСОДЕРЖМЦИX СЕМЯН
Изобретение относитс  к масло-жировой промышленности, а более точно к способам получени  экстракционного масла и фосфатидов, в частности лецитина из маслосодержащих сем н,.
При экстракции масла из сем н, например сем н сои,, хлопка, подсолнечника , арахиса и т.д. с использованием трехкомпонентного растворител , например состо щего из гексана,спирта и воды, одна из трудностей заключаетс  в удалении растворител  из мисцеллы.
Наличие в растворителе воды, пе-реход щей в масло, приводит к преждевременному выпаданию фосфатидов и повышенной их в зкости, что отрицательно сказываетс  при перемещении масла по трубопроводам.
Известны способы получени  масла, в который в качестве трехкомпонентного растворител  использую азеотропные системы и удал ют растворитель из мисцеллы аэеотропной дистилл цит ей при различных температурах 1 и 2J, ,
Однако, в этих способах не бьшо разработано соотношение компонентов растворител , делающее возможным чет
кое проведение процесса удалени  растворител , причем растворитель удал ли из всей мисцеллы. Кроме того не решались задачи сохранени  в масле фосфатидов.
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому  вл етс  способ получени  масла из маслосодержащих сем н путем экстракции трехкомпонентным растворителем, содержащим липофильный углеводород, .воду и низший спирт,смешивающийс  ic водой и углеводородом, разделени  :полученной мисцеллы на две фазы iпол рную и непол рн ю, содержащую .масло, фосфатиды и часть растворител , и удалени  растворител  из фаз 3.
