Inventia se refera la o mandrina autocentrata destinata fixarii sculelor sau pieselor, în vederea prelucrarii pe diferite masini-unelte, de exemplu strunguri, masini de frezat. Mandrina autocentranta, conform inventiei, este alcatuita dintr-o bucsa elastica montata într-un corp, antrenat de arborele principal al masinii unelte. Strângerea falcilor bucsei elastice se obtine prin actionarea unui piston hidraulic care, prin intermediul unui rulment-axial cu bile, deplaseaza axial manson conic. Revenirea în pozitia initiala se obtine prin destinderea unor arcuri-disc tensionate de mansonul conic. The invention relates to a self-centering mandrel for fastening tools or parts for machining on various machine tools, for example lathes, milling machines. The self-centering mandrel according to the invention consists of an elastic sleeve mounted in a body, driven by the main shaft of the machine tool. The tightening of the elastic bushings is obtained by the action of a hydraulic piston which, by means of an axial ball bearing, axially moves the conical sleeve. The return to the initial position is achieved by loosening some tensile discs tensioned by the tapered sleeve.
