Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea a 2-amino-4-hidroxipirimidinelor cu formula generala I: (vezi pag.1) în care R este un radical alchil cu 1...2 atomi de carbon, R1 este un atom de hidrogen sau radical alchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon iar R2 si R3 sunt radicali alchili cu 1...4 atomi de carbon. Procedeul consta în reactia de condensare a derivatilor guanidinici de tipul NH=C (NH2)-NR2R2, unde R2 si R3 au semnificatiile de mai sus, cu esteri ai acizilor beta-cetonici de tipul R-CO-CH(R1)-COOR4 unde R si R1 au semnificatiile de mai sus si R4 radical metil sau etil, folosind ca agenti de condensare hidroxizii metalelor alcaline suspendate în alcooli cu 3-4 atomi de carbon care constituie mediul de reactie.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 2-amino-4-hydroxypyrimidines of general formula I: (see page 1) wherein R is an alkyl radical of 1 to 2 carbon atoms, R 1 is a hydrogen atom or alkyl radical of 1-4 carbon atoms and R 2 and R 3 are alkyl radicals of 1 to 4 carbon atoms. The process consists in the condensation reaction of guanidine derivatives of the type NH = C (NH 2) -NR 2 R 2, where R 2 and R 3 are as defined above with esters of beta-ketonic acids of the type R-CO-CH (R 1) -COOR 4 where R and R1 are as defined above and R4 is methyl or ethyl, using as condensing agents hydroxides of alkali metals suspended in alcohols having 3-4 carbon atoms constituting the reaction medium.
