Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unui derivat de tiocianopirimidina, cu formula generala I (vezi formula în pag.1 a descrierii), în care R înseamna o grupa alchil cu 1...3 atomi de carbon si X reprezinta un atom de halogen, caracterizat prin aceea ca se trateaza un derivat de pirimidina cu formula generala II (vezi formula în pag.1 a descrierii), în care R si X au semnificatia de mai sus, ca un tiocianat reprezentat de formula generala III MSCN în care M înseamna un metal alcalin sau amoniu în prezenta unui acid alifatic inferior, la o temperatura cuprinsa între temperatura camerei si 70 degree C.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a thiocyanopyrimidine derivative of the general formula I (see formula on page 1 of the description) wherein R represents an alkyl group of 1 to 3 carbon atoms and X represents a halogen, characterized in that a pyrimidine derivative of the general formula II (see formula on page 1 of the description), wherein R and X are as defined above, is treated as a thiocyanate represented by the general formula III MSCN wherein M means an alkali or ammonium metal in the presence of a lower aliphatic acid at a temperature between room temperature and 70 ° C.
