Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru conversia termoelectrica a energiei calorice reziduale, din procese tehnologice de temperaturi moderate. Instalatia, conform inventiei, este constituita dintr-un termogenerator de constructie tubulara, cu o dispunere radiala a unor termoelemente, pe un încalzitor realizat în doua treptate si prevazut cu un moderator, în scopul eliminarii fluctuatiilor de temperatura si un circuit refrigerator, realizat dintr-un generator de vapori hidroamoniacal încalzit de o serpentina prin care trece agentul termic dupa iesirea din blocul generator, un condensor unde se obtine amoniacul lichid, care este apoi laminat printr-un sistem de ventile si transmis unui vaporizator, caldura absorbita de vapori fiind preluata dintr-un absorbitor, circuite de apa de racire, un rezervor si un regulator în bucla închisa.The invention refers to an installation for the thermoelectric conversion of residual caloric energy, from moderate temperature technological processes. The installation, according to the invention, consists of a thermogenerator of tubular construction, with a radial arrangement of some thermoelements, on a heater made in two stages and provided with a moderator, in order to eliminate temperature fluctuations, and a refrigerator circuit, made of a hydro-ammonia vapor generator heated by a coil through which the heating agent passes after leaving the generator block, a condenser where liquid ammonia is obtained, which is then laminated through a valve system and transmitted to a vaporizer, the heat absorbed by the vapors being taken from - an absorber, cooling water circuits, a tank and a regulator in the closed loop.
