Abstract

Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru selelctarea si transmiterea miscarii de rotatie pe doua axe, destinat masinilor-unelte si, în special, masinilor orizontale de alezat si frezat. Dispozitivul este constituit din niste riti dintate conice aflate în angrenare, roata dintata conica comuna fiind solidara cu un ax conducator, celelalte doua roti dintate conice rotindu-se liber pe axele lor. Selectarea miscarii la unul din axele rotilor conice libere, se realizeaza cu ajutorul unei tije prevazuta la extremitati cu niste furci, ce antreneaza niste roti baladoare cu dantura cilindrica exterioara, respectiv interioara, montate prin caneluri pe axele rotilor conice libere si care intra în angrenare cu dantura cilindrica interioara, respectivexterioara a rotilor conice libere.The invention relates to a device for selecting and transmitting the two-axis rotation motion for machine tools and, in particular, for horizontal boring and milling machines. The device consists of conical gears engaged in gearing, the common conical toothed shaft being integral with a guide shaft, the other two tapered gears rotating freely on their axes. The selection of the movement at one of the axes of the free conical wheels is achieved by means of a rod provided at the extremities with some forks, which trains some ballads with outer and inner cylindrical gears, mounted through grooves on the free wheel axes and engaging with the internal cylindrical teeth, respectively, of the free conical wheels.
