Abstract
Orto-fenilendiamina este un intermediar important în numeroase sinteze de pesticide, coloranti, antioxidanti etc, sinteze bazându-se pe reducerea nitroderivatilor sau, mai ales, a aminonitroderivatilor. Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu catalitic de hidrogenare a o-nitroanilinei la o- fenilendiamina, în prezenta unui catalizator pe baza de Ni promotat cu Co, având un raport atomic între elemente active cuprins între 20/1...5/1 depus în proportie de mnimum 40% pe un suport inert de bentonita sau diatomita cu granulatia sub 0,06 mm, reactia de hidrogenare fiind condusp în sistemul gaz-lichid-solid în suspensie, la temperatura de 120...135 degree C si presiunea de 10...30 at, utilizat ca solvent inert apa, concentratia materiei prime fiindde25% în greutate fata de nitroderivat, timpul de reactie pentru conversia totala fiind sub 3h. Procedeul, prin catalizatorul si sistemul elaborat, asigura eliminarea distilarii ca etapa de purificare a produsului finit, pe lânga o crestere de pestedo ua ori a productivitatii reactorului de sinteza.
