Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie de fabricare a 2-fenoxietanolului de înalta puritate, plecând de la produs brut obtinut prin orice metoda de sinteza. Separarea si purificarea 2-fenoxietanolului din produsul brut de sinteza se face prin extractia cu apa si rectificarea pe o coloana de rectificare cu talere sau cu umplutura. Se obtine un 2-fenoxietanol de puritate 99,8...99,9%.The invention relates to a process and a plant for the manufacture of high purity 2-phenoxyethanol, starting from a crude product obtained by any method of synthesis. Separation and purification of 2-phenoxyethanol from the crude synthesis product is accomplished by extraction with water and grinding on a grinding column with tray or filler. A purity of 2-phenoxyethanol is obtained from 99.8% to 99.9%.
