Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru cresterea de alge cu proprietati biologice îmbunatatite, algele obtinute fiind utilizate în industria produselor cosmetice si în industria alimentara. Procedeul consta în aceea ca solutia nutritiva continând ape minerale, medicinale, termale îmbogatite în compusi metalci pâna la o concentratie de 10-2 moli/, calculat pentru fiecare ion de metal în parte, se sterilizeaza sub o presiunea de cel mult 10 bar la o temperatura de 100...140 degree C, iar apoi se inoculeaza cu o cultura de alge pure, se barboteaza prin solutia nutritiva la temperatura camerei cu curent de aer steril continând 0,5...20% în volume bioxid de carbon, algele sunt separate dupa o crestere de 7...30 zile la o temperatura de 0...80 degree C, se dezagrega eventual cu ajutorul unor metode cunoscute, fizice sau chimice si algele dezagregate sunt lasate sa reactioneze, pâna la atingerea unei concentratii de cel mult 10-2 moli/kg calculat pentru fiecare ion de metal în parte, cu compusi metalici. Inventia prezinta avantajul ca algele obtinute prin acest procedeu nu contin substante toxice si prin compozitia lor în principii nutritive sunt deosebit de valoroase pentru cosmetica si industria alimentara.
