Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si reactor de obtinere a clorurii de tionil, prin reactia monoclorurii de sulf, a clorului si bioxidului de sulf, la temperaturi cuprinse între 150 si 260 degree C, în care monoclorura de sulf se alimenteaza sub forma atomizata, sub presiunea clorului si bioxidului de sulf, iar produsii de reactie condensati, prin racire, sînt colectati si trimisi la faza de purificare a clorurii de tionil. Se obtine un produs brut cu continut de 80...85% clorura de tionil.The invention relates to a process and reactor for obtaining thionyl chloride by reaction of sulfur monochloride, chlorine and sulfur dioxide, at temperatures between 150 and 260 degrees C, in which the sulfur monochloride is fed into atomized form under the pressure of chlorine and sulfur dioxide, and the condensed reaction products by cooling are collected and sent to the thionyl chloride purification step. A crude product containing 80-85% thionyl chloride is obtained.
