Abstract
Metoda de determinare, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, 1 parte solutie de anticorpi antimioglobina diluata conform unui litru determinat cu solutia tampon fosfat salin cu pH=7,4 ce contine Tween 20 si azida de sodiu, se pune într-un godeu si se tine 2 h la 37 degree C si 16...18 h la 4 degree C, dupa care se spala cu acelasi tampon, se adauga apoi 0,5 parti din proba de cercetat si se incubeaza 60 min la 37 degree C, se adauga, în continuare, 0,5 parti conjugat mioglobina-fosfataza alcalina, diluat tot conform unui titru determinat, se omogenizeaza si se lasa 2 h la 37 degree C, se spala cu acelasi tampon, se adauga 1 parte solutie 0,1% para-nitrfenilfosfat si se lasa 1 h la 37 degree C, se adauga apoi 0,25 parti solutie NaOH 1 N, dupa care se interpreteaza spectrofotometric dupa metode cunoscute, partile fiind exprimate în volum.
