Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru sinteza aldehidei metacrilice, prin oxidarea catalitica a izobutenei cu aer, la temperaturi sub 400grade C, folosind un catalizator continând Mo, P, Bi, Fe, Co, Ni si oxigen, conform inventiei principale cu descrierea nr. 94688, care în scopul asigurarii unei selelctivitati marite, foloseste un catalizator cu compozitia Mo indice 12P indice 2BiFe indice 6Co indice 5Ni indice 5K indice 0.1O indice 58.5, reactia are loc la biteze volumare de 100 - 1800 la puterea h-1, iar raportul molar între izobutena : aer apa este de 0,3 ... 0,75 : 6 : 3.
