Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de prelucrare a minereurilor complexe sulfuroase cu un continut mic de elemente utile, în vederea extragerii acestor elemente. în scopul maririi randamentului extractiei, dupa separarea si concentrarea prin flotare colectiva, concentratul obtinut este tratat cu autoclava sub presiune de oxigen pentru sulfatizarea totala a plumbului si partiala sau totala a zincului la o temperatura de 106...112 degree C, la un raport S:L=1:3, o presiune partiala a oxigenului=3...10 at, timpul de lesiere fiind de 3...4 h, iar timpul de încalzire suplimentara fara oxigen de 30...60 min, pH-ul final fiind 3,5...5,2. Se obtine astfel, o solutie prelucrabila pentru recuperarea zincului si cadmiului, în mod cunoscut, si un reziduu îmbogatit în sulf si metale utile care se prelucreaza integral sau dupa separarea reziduului de sulfati de reziduul de sulfuri, prin prajire la 550...650 degree C, operatiuni din care rezulta gaze sulfuroase prelucrabile la fabricarea acidului sulfuric si un material prajit din care se separa cupru prin lesiere la un raport S:L=1:8 si la o temperatura de 40...95 degree C. Timpul de lesiere fiind 3 h, iar pH- ul final de 1,2...2,2 oxidarea fierului avînd loc prin barbotarea de aer sau oxigen, obtinîndu-se în final o solutie cuproasa prelucrabila pentru recuperarea cuprului în mod cunoscut si un reziduu îmbogatit în Pb, metale rare si pretioase.
