Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru durificarea suprafetelor formelor de turnare crude, alcatuite din amestec de formare pe baza de nisip cuartos, betonita sau argila si apa, utilizate la turnarea aliajelor feroase si neferoase. Procedeul consta din depunerea, printr-un procedeu cunoscut pe suprafata formelor a unei solutii de silicat de sodiu si dupa maximum 10 min se depune o alta solutie care contine în suspensie saruri de calciu, cînd rezulta, în urma reactiei dintre cele doua substante, silicatul de calciu care se afla pe suprafata formei de turnare.
