Abstract
Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu de polimerizare în suspensie a clorurii de vinil. Procedeul decurge în prezenta unui sistem de agenti stabilizatori de suspensie, a unui initiator radicalic, eventual a unui agent de reticulare si în prezenta unei concentratii controlate de oxigen cuprinsa între 7 si 30 ppm fata de clorura de vinil, de preferinta între 10 si 25 ppm. Concentratia de oxigen se realizeaza prin vacuumarea autoclavei care contine componentii reactiei de polimerizare solubili în apa pîna la 150...450 mmHg urmata de introducerea azotului pîna la presiunea de 1...10 at si a doua operatie de vacuumare pîna la 150...450 mmHg. Se realizeaza astfel o îmbunatatire a calitatii polimerului obtinut si o reducere a consumurilor specifice de agenti de stabilizare si clorura de vinil, prin cresterea reproductibilitatii granulatiei obtinute de la o sarja la alta si a uniformizarii timpilor de polimerizare.
