Abstract

Inventia se refera la un excavator actionat hidraulic, dotat cu echipament pentru încarcare frontala. Solutia tehnica prevede un mecanism cu pîrghii autocomandat, pentru actionarea si controlul cupei, astfel încît, în timpul saparii, cupa se mentine în pozitia unghiulara, fixata pentru functionarea sigura, în timpul ridicarii cupa se roteste în sens invers mentinînd încarcatura fara interventia deserventului. Pozitia unghiulara a cupei este controlata de un levier de comanda montat pe bratul oscilant al echipamentului, articulat la un capat cu cilindri de actionare a cupei, iar reglarea pozitiei unghiulare a levierului de comanda se face cu doi cilindri hidraulici articulati la capatul ramas liber al levierului si la un punct fix de pe platforma.
