Abstract
Inventia se refera la un circuit de comanda reglabila în curent a tranzistorului de comutare al unui stabilizator de tensiune continua în comutatie de tip flyback, circuit realizînd comanda de deschidere a tranzistorului la un grad de saturatie constant, sesizarea valorii instantanee a curentului de baza si declansarea blocarii tranzistorului la o anumita valoare a acestuia, reglabila printr-o comanda în curent continuu, precum si formarea unui impuls de accelerare a blocarii, în scopul marimii randamentului stabilizatorului prin micsorarea puterii necesare pentru comanda. Circuitul poate fi aplicat în orice stabilizator de tipul mentionat si folosit de exemplu în alimentarea aparaturii electronice de mica putere.The invention relates to a controllable control circuit in the current of the switching transistor of a continuous voltage stabilizer in a flyback switching circuit, making the transistor opening command to a constant saturation degree, sensing the instantaneous value of the base current and triggering blocking the transistor at a certain value, controllable by a DC command, as well as forming an impulse to accelerate the lock, for the purpose of stabilizer output by reducing the power required for the command.
